I had an exterior outlet that was reported as not working on an inspection of our home that we were selling. Precision Electric was really fast to respond to my messages on Yelp and came out that same day! When they arrived they determined everything was working fine and some items needed to be reset on our main box that the inspector seemed to have messed up. Our dryer outlet shorted out. After having the dryer person come out and check the dryer, we were informed that it was the outlet. I called Eli and he came out right away (on Memorial Day) he told us that the breakers were labeled incorrectly and he went ahead and flipped the outlet too while he was here (it was upside down). I called Eli after 5pm the Friday before Memorial Day holiday. He answered and gave me the best quote for upgrading my electrical panel just by sending him pictures and being honest about my budget. I was planning to do the upgrade myself due to funds but so glad I did not. I have some experience in electrical but once I saw everything he done and how clean the work came out, I would have never got close to that quality. He cleared his schedule to accommodate my impossible time line the following Tuesday (day after the holiday). He didn't mind me watching him work out of interest and carried casual conversion. He did not nickel and dime me. Any parts I didn't already have he had in his truck and didn't charge me. He had a good coworker that is very personable. This is the third time I have used Precision Electric. This time he replaced all of my kitchen lights with LED lights. It required taking out and replacing 6 fixtures.
