My light switch started smoking, I had no electricity in my room overnight. I called countless electricians but most were busy or didn't return calls. I called Egli Electric, the manager was very professional & replied that Jeremy might have an opening in the afternoon. True to her word he was available. He quickly came over, assessed the job & was able to troubleshoot the problem. A little pinprick burnt mark caused the damage. Jeremy was great. Very cordial over the phone and he responded quickly. I compared him with two other local electricians and he was one of the most accessible, not to mention one of the cheapest. He was available within the week and even squeezed me in the following morning. He dropped by the house to give me a quote and then came back within a day or two to begin the project. He came in the morning and took until the afternoon. I had him install a 50 amp EV charger on the far wall of my garage (far from where the panel was). It was about a 5-6 hr job. I asked him to mount the charger (he didn't have to do) and he did! See the attached photo. So far so good. He also gave me a small discount from the quote.
