After reading the great reviews of this company, I called Jake from Electrical pros to come to my house to inspect some chewed up wires in my attic and ensure a safe living space. I also requested a complete report of the situation. He assured me that it would be provided later that day. However, After his inspection and paying him by check, even giving him an extra $50 for his trouble, he basically ghosted me, constantly putting off the report over text stating he would do it that evening. He finally stopped answering my calls and texts after repeated requests for the report. I guess the hard lesson here is don't pay before the job is complete, but I had higher expectations of professionalism from a company so highly rated. Electrical pros reached out to my quote request. They were very polite and respectful . On Monday they came by for an estimate . The electrician was very respectful and kind. He took apart one outlet and said he'd be back tomorrow same time. He didn't show. I messaged him and he apologized and said he would need to reschedule but never rescheduled me. Don't feel like it should be on me to reschedule when I was here and didn't hear back he wouldn't make it the next day until I asked. Used Yelp to find someone to give us a quote on some electrical work and were lucky enough to be routed to Jake at Electrical Pros! We originally needed a quote on installing an outlet for an electric dryer that we were debating on installing. He was able to come out same day to give us an estimate and his estimate was about 40% lower than another company that gave us an estimate. We ended up not having the outlet installed at this point but while we had him there asked a few other electrical questions and asked if he knew how to install an inverter which we did need done before moving. He was able to give us a very reasonable estimate and schedule us for the following day. He arrived on time and even gave us a notice about 20min prior to his arrival that he would be en route. We added on an additional request and he got it done. Stayed true to his estimate too. We noticed a minor issue and he turned right around to fix it.
