I have been a caregiver for my Dad that recently passed away from Alzheimer's. I looked in the mirror and thought I look so tired and old. So for my birthday I made an appointment and was not exactly sure of what I wanted, but yes Botox was in the list, and I had read up on the different treatments they were providing. I, along with my sweet husband treated myself to the Agnes and Scarlet treatments. None of the treatments were uncomfortable at all. It's been since Feb 9th and the results have been awesome, my pores are smaller, skin is firmer, all of my red spots, broken capillaries are gone. Friends are giving me the best compliments, "Dang girl you look Awesome". I have to say that during the treatment I was overwhelmed for a minute since I had done nothing for myself in so long, that tears rolled down my face, they were super sweet about it, even if I was a little embarrassed. DO NOT WALK IN HERE. Wow, bedside manner much? From the second I entered the office the aesthetician was extremely rude and unprofessional. She immediately started telling me how the form of payment I was going to use would cause her to lose money, so she'd have to charge me extra to cover the difference (the whole point of this card is 6 months with no interest). She also kept pushing other chemicals, and was looking at and talking to me like I didn't know what I was talking about- kept laughing in my face. I was so taken off guard I wanted to cry. It's as if she was prejudice or something. Literally go anywhere else but here if you want to be treated like a human with just a little bit of respect. read more

I've gone to Christine several times for total body hair removal, and I'm very impressed. So far, the hair on the treated areas is about 80% thinner and finer, and I think with a couple more treatments, I may be able to stop shaving my legs completely. Christine herself is very thorough, professional, and experienced, and I like the fact that she's a nurse. It helps eliminate any awkwardness you might feel about being lasered in certain areas. The laser itself is a nice and new machine, and it's much less painful than the laser I was treated with in New York (I had my bikini area done there). It can still hurt at higher settings in sensitive areas, but if you use a numbing cream, it's very tolerable. And legs almost don't hurt at all. First, I have never written one of these before. Called today for information on ear piercing since this site comes up when ear piercing is googled. I got several answers in a very rude and curt voice from Christine including, "No piercing, I remove hair, that's what I do, I am a nurse and I am working, I don't have time to talk." She was so rude, that it took me a few minutes to register that she did not do piercing, so I mentioned that she came up on google several times when piercing was the keyword (thought she might want to know). I have been going here for years and Christine goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. I never knew doing Laser could be so pain free and actually work! After I went the first time and found out that it didn't hurt (like a lot of people say), I've gone back and did everything I needed at a more than reasonable price!! I cannot say enough about her!
