We reached out to Precision to get epoxy done in our garage. Miguel came by looked at the floors and gave us a quote that includes removing the old epoxy. They did explain the increase in price compared to what was initially quoted, which was understandable. We accepted the price and scheduled for the work to be done, absolutely no negotiation on price was done by us. We heard Miguel say why its expensive and felt that was the case. All communication was professional. Two days before the installation, we get a text from Miguel saying that they cannot do the work that they have previously agreed, reason being that they have given lots of thought and that they cannot remove the old epoxy. We spent a weekend emptying the garage and prepping garage for the work, all to know that they are not going to able to do it. With the wind situation, we had to move all the stuff back in garage. One star is for not keeping your agreement and making us go through multi-day wasted effort. Additional update - We did get the epoxy done couple weeks later with another company we found on yelp. They were able to get rid of the old epoxy within in couple hours on the day of installation, the price was similar to what Precision has quoted. read more

I just got my new flooring in today after a ton of hiccups mainly due to the condition of my flooring and Miguel was there to guide me throughout the entire way! What seemed like an almost impossible project of getting my retail store floor epoxied turned out to be one of the best experiences I have ever had as a client to a service professional. We first sent out a proposal on Yelp for our flooring at our retail store and Miguel immediately reaches out to us with the best bid by a mile. We thought it was too good to be true until he offers to come down and check out the project risk free and within an hour he was at the store ready to consult us. The father/son combination, Miguel and Miguel recently installed epoxy flooring to our two car garage. The were very prompt and explained the installation process very thoroughly. We chose a medium to dark flake color and were are very pleased with the installation. They started at 7:30am and were done by 3:30pm, same day. Others describe a two or three day process and I'm not sure why since Miguel and his dad worked efficiently and allowed enough time between each process. They didn't cut any corners!
