Curt recommended I try to find something similar and provided numerous flooring places I could check out locally. I ended up finding something sort-of close and have him come by to take a look. He came by less than 24 hours after I reconnected with him. He took a look and said he would be happy to help. Curt was very punctual and was able to get started on my flooring project just a day after I initially reached out. We had a small area of our kitchen that got damaged from a water leak and the vinyl planks needed to be reinstalled in the affected areas. Curt showed up the exact time he said he would start the job. His expertise and skill is evident in his work... he is very efficient and was able to complete my project within 2.5 hours for about 100 square feet of flooring. I got the old laminate flooring replaced with new LVP. He brought samples and after choosing one I put down a deposit. He returned a few days later to take the old flooring off and get the new panels in. The workmanship and the end result are awesome. The floor looks great. And you won't find a better value elsewhere. I asked for quote for over 10 places and Curt had the best price by far. I highly recommend him for anyone's flooring needs. Absolutely terrible!! I have pictures. Floors haven't even been done a month and already cracking and buckling. Have several messages with Curt he just blows you off. He lives about 2 streets away from our home and can't even come to take a look. Excuse after excuse!! He does not work all day maybe 5 hrs if your lucky so if your looking for someone who works 8 hrs he's not your guy either!! He's quick to get your money though. Instead of floating our flooring correctly he put cardboard under it. In my kitchen where the flooring meets the molding/ cabinet he cut the flooring short so I have pieces of cardboard sticking up above molding. I was also supposed to get touch up paint for my baseboards that I paided extra to have painted and I've yet to see that! Now Curt does use a crew he had a guy here doing the baseboards and he was great and works hard but Curt himself did the rest of the work and we were very unhappy. I'm not sure if because he knows my husband he feels he can just blow us off but this is unprofessional. read more
