Megan abruptly canceled the appointment without even telling me. I tired calling them but they don't answer the phone. This is all RED FLAG behavior - beware of this company. They will jerk you around. All of this is evidenced in ANGI chat so it's clearly true. Wasted two weeks of my time on waiting this poorly run company for the estimate - can't risk actually letting them do the work - that would be stupid on my part given the history trying to let them sell me a solution. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.
