We used this company for our invisible fence installation and training of our puppy (at the time). We later had them come back out and mark the fence to train a second dog -- they did great with the dogs and both learned the fence in no time at all. They've been back out to repair a break in the line (our fault), and I didn't think fees were outrageous. Definitely worth it for peace of mind when the dogs are outside and would definitely recommend this company! read more

Fairview Invisible Fence is horrible. Had them out less then a year ago to install there fence at my house. Employee complained about the own Paul the entire time and how he was quitting do to Paul not liking his religious beliefs. Paul showed up to do the training and complained about the employee. Few months later we had a problem with the dogs and had to put the dogs down do to health reasons. We got 2 new dogs and called in the Fairview and ask if we brought the 2 collars in if we could get them turned down to the training mode. I was told yes but they had to come out and to do it and there would be a service call fee. Now mind you we already paid them 2700.00 for the system and training. You would think they would turn down the collars down for free. So we ended up letting winter go buy and did nothing. Now that its spring we last week called in to see how much it would cost to get new lines ran to make the area way bigger and to set the collers and all they would say is 70 cents per ft and the 300 and something per dog to train them and set the collers. I asked to have someone come out and give a qoute and she said she just did. So I think about it and call back in and ask for her to have Paul the owner give me a call this was Monday or Tuesday. Well he never called so I called corporate and with in a few hour someone from Fairview calls and wants to try and help and left me a voicemail. I call right back and get there answering machine leave a message and call corporate back telling them I want a different dealer. Paul calls finally on Friday night well I'm at dinner. I call back and talk to him he takes noresponsibility for not calling me back or what was said by his employees. But blames the girl that told me everything and said she was part time and had no idea what she was doing and that he never got my message becouse he never is in the office. What owner is never in the office for one. Second why you blame employees you didnt train and then blame them. Third why do your employees not call you or text you to call a customer becouse there is a problem. Ya kind of fishy. Then he tells me that the collers they dont charge to turn them down if I bring them in and I said I even asked that when I called in and he said I didnt understand them. How do you not understand that you either get charged or it's free???? So I ask if he can get out and give me a qoute and he says not till Wednesday after i aready have been asking since Monday of the week before. So I call corporate back again and say agian I'm done with Paul and want to use another dealer or buy the equipment back. They said becouse I paid for the lifetime guarantee that Paul has to buy it back. I asked if the local Pet Safe Pro that is owned by invisible fence can do anything with the collers. She tells me she is going to talk to both of them and she if something can be worked out. We Paul calls me today this morning and says 1 he is not going to buy the equipment back. 2 that he will not allow another dealer to help us becouse its his territory. 3 find another company to work with. Invisible Fence is a joke and a racket for money. Pet Safe Pro is OWNED BY INVISIBLE FENCE to have them run new lines new equipment new collars is about the same price Fairview wants to run new line and adjust callers. Paul needs to find a new line of work your overpriced, customer service is horrible, has no clue what his employees tell people and gets away with charging what ever he wants. read more

Fairview Invisible Fence installed our fence and we could not be happier with all aspects. The customer service was great. The sales associate was very professional, informative, and explained every detail! The install was fast and easy! Training was fun for my pup and us! I have such a peace of mind knowing my dog is safe and secure. A year and a half after we got the fence we changed the layout and that process was also painless. The people and services provided by Fairview Invisible Fence were outstanding. From the initial interview to the trenching (quite a challenge with our terrain) to the initial trainings of our dog, the Fairview people were courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled at their tasks. Our dog quickly took to the borders, and we have confidently allowed her (an 8 month-old, large breed) to run freely (unobserved) ever since the first couple weeks of installation.
