This shop claimed to believe in family values. How they handled the situation, and the end result was very disappointing. Avoid East Side Rides. The owner follows me out, takes some pictures of the damage on my front fender and door, asks some questions, and explains to me he'll need to write up a quote and email it to me. I was a little skeptical, thinking I wouldn't get an email because other things got in the way, but sure enough, I received one later that evening. The shop quote was just under what I had been receiving from other shops and the owner was very nice when talking outside of the shop so I decided to trust them with the work. They quoted me 3 days and sure enough, 3 days had passed and I received a call stating it was ready to pick up. I headed there almost immediately, eager to see how it looked. I was very pleased to see how clean everything looked, and how you couldn't tell a difference in paint tones, seeing as the original paint is 15+ years old.
