I took the rims to them on 06/24/2021, purchased and had tires shipped to them for mounting not expecting them to have everything finished until 0706/2021. I received a call that everything was ready to be picked up on 07/01/2021. So far I can truthfully say the rim/tire sets looks excellent, mounted them on the car 07/01/2021. I used their services before about six years ago and will probably again in the future. As for pricing, they are reasonably priced within range depending on the work needed on the rim. I am presently very satisfied but I am waiting to see how the air pressure remains in the tires after I pick the car up from the wheel alignment specialist. I am a very distrusting consumer because of the economic world of today, where businesses want the money but really don't care about giving the customer good value or services for their money and are very disrespectful with an arrogant attitude toward us consumers. The woman who I dealt with, she quoted me $150 and 3 days to pick it up. That's crazy fast, especially since that other shop said it'll probably take up to 2 weeks to fix. Luckily for me, I wasn't going fast and the damage to the rim was minor and a relatively easy fix. I picked up the fixed rim the following week and it was a job well done! After noticing my driver's side rear tire was low, I filled it and discovered a nail embedded in it. On top of that, my front driver's side tire had an inoperative TPMS sensor. I had an important appointment about 40 minutes away and very little time to spare after work. I stopped by RNR Tire Express hoping they might be able to help on extremely short notice. Not only did they assist me--they exceeded every expectation. Mr. Buffalow listened to my situation, understood the urgency, and immediately coordinated with the technicians to take care of my vehicle. While inspecting my tires, they also discovered internal damage in the tire with the faulty sensor that would have caused a dangerous failure if left unaddressed. The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service.
