We hired Precision-Bath through the Home Depot. The sales team and Paula were professional and kept us well informed of what to expect with the quality, delivery (four months after order), and installation. The price seemed really high but I believe you get what you pay for so I was "ok" with the price...plus the Biden economy. While we were waiting for install other professionals warned us that the Home Depot installers were usually the highest price and least professional. I see now that warning should also include "lowest professionalism". Our installer (Jerry), complained non-stop about the "sales team getting the measurements wrong", very vulgar, rude, hot headed, and most abusive person I have ever had in my home. I work from home and had to apologize to my coworkers for his "noise" (vulgarity). I'm surprised his helper/apprentice would even work with this man. There were times I was afraid the was going to get physically violent. Jerry is the epitome of workplace violence. My wife and daughter were uncomfortable with him and were glad that I was home. I would have kicked him out of my house if didn't result in additionally delayed project. If this is the type of people that Precision-Fit hires then I do not recommend them to anyone for any price. I would never recommend this company to anyone! I called thinking I was setting up an appointment to have a technician come to my house to give me an actual quote. Instead I was insulted by Rhonda that my budget was way to low. Mind you we are ONLY retiling two showers that are only 3x5 feet and I was quoted $10,000 each! When I was asked what the price for the labor was Rhonda continued to be rude as if I don't know anything. Clearly they didn't want my business, but In a world where information is at your fingertips your customer service should be a little better. Rhonda continued to tell me she just books the appointments and if I would like to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to better tell me. For starters I thought that was what I was doing, not getting told by a receptionist I'm too poor for their company and that I don't know anything. I should of know better when she asked if I have spoken to any other companies, she clearly was trying to take advantage of thinking I haven't done my research. Jokes on her she was our 3rd quote and didn't even come close to the others. I hung up on Rhonda and instantly booked our renovations through KBF and will be doing both bathrooms for $10000. Amazing service from start to finish! If I could give give 10 starts I would! We had tile in our walk in shower on the 2nd floor that started to come up, and had a beautiful acrylic liner installed. My wife and I felt it was time to remodel our 18-year-old shower. After a prior unsatisfactory and confusing experience with a similar company, we decided to see what Home Depot had to offer. In less than 24 hours of our Home Depot inquiry we were contacted by PrecisionFit to set a convenient appointment. The sales rep came equipped with lots of manufacturer's books and material samples. We had a surplus of choices. It took time, many questions on our part, measuring, comparisons and ultimately, we came upon the look we wanted within our budget. We agreed on a schedule. It was a go! We never had buyer's remorse. On several occasions, post agreement, where I needed clarification on the specifications, my questions were promptly and satisfactorily answered. All other times PrecisionFit directly responded to my every call and email. They cared. Our installer was professional, knowledgeable and personable. A craftsman, he exercised great care in his work with much attention to detail and our concerns. We were delighted to know him and have him in our home. Bottom line, we are absolutely delighted with our remodeled shower and our experience with PrecisionFit. read more

How about starting with, let's make an appointment to see the amount of work that needs to be done. Someone needs to train their staff on sales 101. This is the worse, non customer service oriented company I have ever had to deal with. I was contacted by Precision Fit Bath Company as a referral from my local Home Depot store. They contacted me almost a week after my initial request to get a quote. The agent that called me identified herself as a trainee and was solely interested in how much I wanted to spend. I was simply looking for someone to come over to my home, show them the work that needs to be done, total remodeling of the master bathroom and give me some quote options with visual pictures, etc. The agent insisted on wanting to know how much I was willing to spend. She then transferred me to the trainer to finish the call. The agent did not identify herself and refused to give me her name. However, she reiterated what her trainee insisted in knowing, how much was I willing to spend as what I was looking to do would run about $20,000.00 I was appalled at her condescending attitude and response that perhaps I was not a good fit for the company since I could not afford their prices. This was absolutely indignant. I felt discriminated against for being a Hispanic caller, however, it does not give her any reason to presume I cannot afford the job. When I ask to escalate the call to a manager, she rudely hung up on me. I would never trust a company that treats its customers this way. Absolutely no way do I recommend this company that appears to train their employees to be rude, presumptuous and discriminatory to their future clients. read more

I really liked the salesman, but the installers were not able to install what sales had promised. The conversion was from a tub to a shower. It was supposed to take 3 days. It took 4. Installer smoked on the job (outside, not in my house) took excessive smoke and Mountain Dew breaks, left the job site frequently for no known reason, said he would be done on day #3, and when reminded of that on day #4 denied saying i. He asked for access to job at 7 AM but did not show until 9 or 10 AM every day. The floor of the shower ponds water, does not drain off fully. At my complaint the company sent another installer to check it out. He thought there was a small indentation in the floor, took pictures and said some one from the company would call. No one called. Two weeks later I called the company and he had told them I was satisfied, so they did not call. Their suggestion for the water ponding was to squeege the floor. Really??? A shower floor that is not sloped to drain for $7,000. I also thought the acrylic floor a little slick, the company suggested using a bathmat. Company representative Paula indicated the floor slope was normal and they were unwilling to do anything. Don't use these people unless you want to squeege your floor and be lied to.
