It appeared to me they had been cut off. I called the manager was not in and they weren't sure she would be in that day. I requested she call me but she never did. So, I took the suit by a few days later and her excuse for not calling was she didn't know what the suit looked like. Her reply was they are not responsible, because she has seen this happen to new suit. Yes, I've had it several years. She was to check at my request to see if they possibly got the rhinestones bands out of the cleaning machine. She was to get back with me to let me know and I have yet to hear from her.
