Precision acquire the company that I used for years, Schick Irrigation. Schick was a great company. Precision needs a name change Incompetent Lawn Irrigation - ILI, has a nice ring to it. These clowns came out twice to turn on our sprinkler system. The first guy couldn't figure it out. I was to receive a call the following morning to schedule a time with the "expert". Three days later, I called them back to reschedule. The second appointment, the same guy shows up, same result - he couldn't figure it out...again. Today, I received a bill for $80 for their expert service. And by the way, one of my employees and I turned on our sprinkler system for the season. Stay away from these clowns. read more

Bravo!!! I have used Precision Lawn to put up my Christmas lights every year for the last 10 years. They are fast & friendly. This year I had a problem with some of my lights & I sent an email Friday evening (Thanksgiving weekend no less) and they had a crew here at 7:45am today (Saturday morning)to fix it. Got an estimate Oct. 2021 that expired May 2022. Reached out to the company and was told they would contact me with new quote. This was on July 1. Never heard back re: adjusted estimate. I did tell them I was ready to install, so I just needed an updated estimate. I think 3 weeks is certainly enough time to review the specs and adjust the price. The old estimate was $4600 so I imagine the new price would be at least $5000 (?) Got tired of waiting and found another company who will GLADLY install a new irrigation system. read more

The team came to start the sprinkler system and identified some problems and said someone will come back to assess the situation and give you a quote on work needed. No body showed for 2 weeks so called when I was informed that they showed up and now will give you the quote. For 5 weeks no call and no answer. No one called back for quote. I called again and was told that it was I who said that I wanted a second opinion. Imagine that I wanted a second opinion without having an estimate or quote from the first opinion. It was the most bizarre argument and excuse I have ever heard. In the meanwhile it was my lawn that suffered in the heat. The grass and shrubbery died because of their neglect. It was the most incompetent service and utter disregard of the customers... read more

All I can say is WOW! Excellent service from start to finish. Mickey came out for the estimate and very quickly assessed our sprinkler needs. He promptly emailed us our estimate and stayed within the confines of that price. The crew were all extremely nice and did a very good job making sure our lawn looked like they hadn't even been there. They managed to sneak us in during the peak of summer (heading into the Fourth of July weekend) and stayed at our place 'til sunset to make sure the job was exactly to our liking. Mickey and the crew never once complained. He stayed until the very end and walked the grounds with me to make sure the sprinklers were completely covering our property. He ran thru how the system works, from top to bottom, never seeming like he wanted to leave. These guys seem to really love what they do! I'll be a lifelong customer and plan on using their lighting services for our trees and holiday lighting. So glad I picked these guys! read more

I've used Precision for two years. This season, I had their contract to open and close the system and was glad I did. They call you to set up the appointments so you don't have to remember. At first, I felt like it could be a waste of money having the system started up but it turned out I had a few broken nozzles which they replaced and they also adjusted the heads. I saw that when they winterized the system there were a few more chipped nozzles (probably from lawn service or fertilizer service) but I'm not worried about it because I know Precision will fix them in the spring. I've recommended them to family and they were happy with the service as well. read more

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would! They promised to come give an estimate for holiday lighting. Stayed home and waited, then called them and they said they didn't communicate properly with the driver and they can no longer make it. They also stated they would not be able to now make it at all before Christmas for lights and there was nothing they could do. So unprofessional and lost what could have been a re-occurring customer. It's been 3 months from the start. They came out to fix my damaged system, but said they could not do it. It needed 2 new circuits installed, they had to send out a salesman to estimate it. I had to call several times to get him. He came up with an estimate for a new system, not what I needed. Made another appointment, they were a no show and didn't even bother to call. Finally got the salesman and repair crew out and they agree it needs circuits. They tell me it will be rush because of all the delays. 2 weeks go by no call. I had to call day after day to get an appointment to install it. 2 more weeks later on the appointment day they no show, no call. I called the office they tell me they don't think they will be able to get out today due the rain we have had. I rained 2 days ago. My lawn is not wet. read more

We have used Precision for several services. They installed our outdoor lighting and our moon lighting and it has increased the lighting and beauty of our property at night. They also have installed our Christmas lights, wreath and wrapped the trees in lights for past few years. I would recommend them for your outdoor lighting needs. read more

Had winterization done by this company. Very poor service and communication. Left a leaking valve with a bucket underneath without informing anyone... Found out several days later that it was overflowing unto the finished basement floor. Asked them to fix it and was promised that only parts would be charged for, not the labor. Received a bill for parts and labor and "service call". Five phone calls over the course of a month asking to speak to someone regarding the bill. Every time a secretary promises that someone will call back, but no one does. Finally spoke to an aggressive manager that wanted to convince me that it's my fault. Agreed to split the difference to settle the matter and move on. Will definitely not be using their services again. read more
