Completed 4 zones (3 in the front, 1 in the back). They left about 4. They demonstrated the control panel, all 4 zones (and making adjustments to satisfy us with the coverage). Before they left, all grass was replaced and tamped down. Debris was removed. The value I think was great. Originally I contracted for the front yard. The own was also present and figured our a way to zone the backyard. I didn't think it was possible because of the decking/ cement patio in the back yard. But he figured it out. The price to add my back yard was well worth it. Now when a hot spell comes around, we'll be ready :)

After paying $850.00 he left my property with leaves in every flower bed, leaves under every bush on the property and leaves and twigs and branches everywhere! Then tells me this is from my neighbor's leaves blowing onto my property and can take care of it in the spring. My neighbbors hired good people and don't have lots of leaves on their property. Wonder how much he would charge me for a spring clean-up. The only thing this guy knows how to do is charge high prices up front for inferior work. My neighbors lawns look great because they had people that knew what they were doing and mine looks like a piece of crap! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star, but made me leave something. I was out yesterday trying to blow the leaves that were left under my bushes on the property! This guy does not know the first thing about taking care of a large piece of property. Stick with the SMALL jobs, Derek, and you may be alright. Good Luck because you're going to need it. Perhaps you should be in another line of work!!

Five star isn't enough to rate this company what they deserve…read more My yard (front and back) was a disaster. It had truly gotten away from me when my husband deployed. So much so the city put a note on my front door to cut it! Not only did they come out the same week I called, they quoted me a great price and started working that same week. They had to break up my property into to two visits because it was so overgrown but they did such an excellent job. It looks like a completely different house! I no longer feel embarrassed to pull in the drive but really thrilled to see my home as I pull up. Their staff is professional responsive to my questions and needs and never once made me feel like a bother. I highly recommend their services to any and everybody. I've never had a landscaper produce such workmanship and take so much pride in their work. They are truly professionals at their craft and worth every single penny I pay them. I could have cried at how my home looks now. They also were very kind and understanding and didn't make me feel ashamed for my yard getting away from me like that. Kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking, hire them ASAP because they won't be a hidden gem for long! I wish I had hired them sooner

But one excuse after another from 'we don't have enough help to our lead guy has been throwing up the last two days was enough for my wife and I. We got our money back and went to Dutton's on a recommendation from a neighbor. That was the best decision we made. Funny that Dutton's has no problem with keeping employees. Progressive gets an "F" Dutton's gets an "A+"

We have a unique river pump set up and every single issue or question that has risen is always answered with careful thought, consideration and past experience. They work with us to figure out what makes sense logically as well as $$ wise. The last few techs out for winterization, start up, and repairs have been SO friendly and so easy to work with, not to mention efficient. Again.... Never thought I'd want to seek out to write a review on a sprinkler company but here we are!

RUN TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY! I am so extremely disappointed…read more Ray did open my system today, replaced a valve, & a sprinkler head. I was so shocked and pissed to be charged $160 for one sprinkler head (that does not match any of the other heads throughout my yard) without being told about it or discussed other possible options. Just before he leaves, Ray mentions the irrigation box will need to be replaced soon. (No other company I have used in the past, has ever mentioned anything wrong with the box.) I asked him, "is it sinking or not working properly?" Ray stated, "No, it's just old." I am so pissed & embarrassed. On One income, a $160 sprinkler head, and a $325 total bill for 20 minutes of work, is the absolute last thing I needed to pay for! Lesson learned for me. I will never be doing business here again. If a service cannot explain/discuss what is being done and what the pricing is as repairs are being made, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Just so pissed and disappointed.

I have used Sweetwater Sprinklers for many years and Jeff is great with installing, repairs, and…read moremaintenance. But since they hired Ryan to handle customer service the service is not good. Phone calls are not always answered and when returned you might have to wait a long time for service, and she gets rude with customers. Their prices are higher than some other water sprinkler companies. I no longer have Sweetwater Sprinklers and made a great switch to another water sprinkler system company that came out the same day and made a repair and the price was much less than Sweetwaters. I made the right change!
