The local site canceled the account but refused to issue a refund. I escalated to corporate, where I was told my concern was forwarded to management. After that, I received no follow-up despite multiple attempts over several months. What's especially frustrating is that the membership is marketed as "unlimited is unlimited," yet I was told my past usage (tracked via license plate) was used as a reason to deny service. That limitation was never clearly explained. At this point, it's less about the $39.99 and more about the lack of transparency and follow-through. If someone from Tommy's Express would like to resolve this, I'm happy to update this review.
