Salesmen sucks, How can you sell a car where the paint is fading on roof, hood, handles and mirror?

Do not believe everything you read. A person bought a used vehicle.. Less than a hundred miles and was having brake issue. Checked it and told them it may need certain parts. If so. Approximately $350 and if they have to do the rear another $350. Who is kidding who!! They just bought it. Another dealership under kindness did it free and they not have to. I would give no stars if possible. Diane Sauers salesman Brian Grischow sold me a $30,000 lemon! I've had it less than a year and I've put over $10,000 into this piece of trash vehical to keep it on the road. I've had all the work done at 2 other local GM dealership shops so all the money and work can easily be verified. I've had to replace the catalytic converter, flex pipes, all rotors and brakes, 2 oxygen sensors (still need to replace the other 2), back wiper motor, caliper, some hose on the front tire braking mechanism and finally to top it all off I had to replace the transmission! LMAO! That's all I can really do at this point. I would in my opinion go to another dealership if you're really set on a GM car or truck and definitely not the the salesman mentioned. He's ignored me, they blocked me from leaving messages to warn other customers. But I won't stop trying to let everyone know what they did. read more

My husband took his truck to the service department to have truck service , he told the service clerk what kind of truck,year and model it was and gave her the keys he also had my keys on his key ring , we're sitting waiting for them to tell us the problem and finally they come in and said who has a 2017 terriain and nobody answers finally something told me to look outside for my car it was missing ,I go in and ask why do you have my car and she says there's been some kind of mix up she said we checked your car because the other clerk made a mistake , now if that ain't the stupidest thing I ever herd of and to top it off no one apologize for their mistake . The woman at the front desk in the main lobby was extremely cheerful and welcoming. I asked for pre-owned cars and she directed me to the pre-owned sales department. No problems here. The minute I walked into the pre-owned sales department, the friendliness ceased. There were 4-5 salesmen twiddling their thumbs. I greeted them happily, but then I was instantly confronted with the quote "You're going to get in trouble, we don't allow solicitation." No "hello", no smiles, not even a "how can I help you." I was deeply offended being dressed up in a suit coming from work. I also had a portfolio in my hand with information printed with cars I was interested in. I responded with, "I'm honestly here for my first car, but you aren't very welcoming." They never apologized for their judgements, so I left. Lesson I learned and review I am giving: The used car sales staff was not welcoming and is judgmental towards those who walk in their door with a portfolio. Everything would have been ok had they been friendly, asked me how they could help, and have apologized for their judgements on a simple misunderstanding. Is that too much to ask? 1/5 stars for the attitude and friendliness of the pre-owned sales department. read more

My husband needed a new truck. We looked all around the internet for local deals and he found a truck he liked at DS Chevrolet. We went in and looked around. No high pressure sales pitch from the used car department. Just some nice suggestions in our price range. Larry was our guy! He helped us with financing since our credit was less than stellar. We ended up buying a 10 year old Silverado. It looked nice, was very clean but had a few minor issues and one major one that we noticed the next day after taking it home. The power steering was failing. I admit, I was angry. I thought we got snookered! We drove to the lot and I no sooner had the words out of my mouth that they said "Don't worry, we've been in business for 30 years because we take care of our customers.", and they did! They had me bring it in the next day and even gave me a loaner car I had fun driving for a day. They fixed all the issues without complaint or attitude. Always a smile. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Customer for life. Buy American! P.S. It looks great next to my Chevy Trailblazer in the driveway! LOL read more
