Richard takes his time with washing and detailing the car. He gets every nook and cranny. He was able to do three cars all in the afternoon. Our cars smelled new And seats looked even newer. Absolutely the WORST customer service i've ever experienced. Made an appointment for only the interior of my car to be detailed for 11 AM this morning. Didn't receive a call from someone until 11 AM, saying that the driver was experiencing "transmission difficulties." This I understood, I told him that would be fine, and that someone would be awaiting their arrival at my house. The representative told me however that they were still on their way, and I asked for him to give me a call when they are close so I could let my brother know (who was waiting at my house for them to arrive.) An hour and a half later, now 12:30 PM, my brother told me no one had arrived yet and I hadn't received any more calls. I called the same representative back, to which he told me "theres nothing I can do about the transmission problems" AND "even if we did show up on time it would take 3-4 hours to complete the service." I explained to him that when I booked the appointment for only an interior cleaning, it said it would only take an hour and a half. I understood that the driver was experiencing transmission issues. BUT to not even get a call in an hour and a half, updating me on the situation, or apologizing is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. The representative even then went on to tell me that they basically didn't "trust" that I would pay them for the service because others had been doing that recently, when I explained to him at 11 AM on the first call that although I wouldn't be home, my brother was there to help and make sure they get paid. I cancelled the appointment. Whoever runs this business, I highly suggest going through a new system of booking appointments if people keep not paying, AND whoever the representative that "helped" me today needs to be re-evaluated. I work in customer service and have for 10+ years, and NEVER have I experienced something like this before. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car detailed. read more

Cody has done my car as well as my husbands car. He does such an amazing job. I have two little kids under the age of 4 and he was able to get every little crumb out of my back seats plus all of the sand and dirt from the yard. He also managed to make it smell like I just brought it home from the dealership. I was so impressed. He brings all of his own supplies and takes his time to make sure your car is spotless before he leaves. I definitely recommend him and will keep using him!! read more

He did a complete detail on our BMW (wash, interior cleaning, clay, polish and wax) and an in and out cleaning amd wax of our Honda (he also performed an engine bay degreasing). Doesn't get any better and more reliable. Super-trustworthy. Cody is great. Spent so much time. I recommend the clay bar treatment. So worth it. All little fine scratches from the paint are gone. He has a huge van with his own water tank. I'm also going to hire him for some pressure washing. He has one of those large pressure washers. read more

These guys spent the better part of the day making my 2 well overdue vehicles look so much better. I was looking someone that knew what they were doing without shortcuts. They did not rush the job they were more into the finish product. That's not a quality you find too often. I gave them extra money as I felt they were under priced for their quality of work. Cody did a great job on my car. I drove down to Ft. Lauderdale from San Francisco with bugs splattered on my car from every state. He got them off with ease, even the hard to get places and left the car with a perfect shine. Did a great job on the interior as well. Great price for something that would cost $200 at a regular car wash. Definitely recommended. Real professional and works with you the best he can.
