I came to Precision for some post-surgery therapy last year and went in with the idea that I might get a session or two out of it and then do the rest on my own. After those two sessions, I couldn't wait to go back! There are so many positive things to say about Precision. Jeff and Stacy are both incredible people. They are so knowledgeable and spend the time explaining why you are doing the exercises they show you. They push when they know they can and pull back when needed. There was no question when, a few months later, I injured my knee and needed PT once again that this would be my one and only stop. The environment is so positive and energizing. It's like walking into your favorite bar where everyone knows your name. There's always good music playing and if you don't like the music, they take requests. Everyone talks to everyone - you could be clear across the room and participate in any conversation whether it's about the latest dog adoption or a good movie someone saw. I can't leave a review without mentioning Ron. There's nothing better than walking into my appointment and seeing that radiant smile. I went to Precision Physical Therapy while recovering from injuries I received in an auto accident. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but right away I felt confident that I was in good hands. Ron at the front desk is very outgoing, cheerful, and extremely helpful. He has a great sense of humor which helps make you feel at ease and can answer your questions or concerns. Jeff and Chris, the therapists, are both very professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned with the well-being of each patient/client. They worked with me to address my pain and mobility issues with twice-weekly therapy sessions and a series of at-home stretches and exercises designed specifically for my needs. The sessions were challenging at times but Jeff and Chris paid careful attention to my progress and modified my therapy as needed, answering my questions honestly and helping me get back to my old self. The facility is very well-maintained and clean, and the atmosphere is very open and welcoming; you quickly get to know other patients/clients on a first-name basis, and there is always good humor and conversation between the staff and clients. From the first time I walked in for PT I immediately felt like family. The atmosphere is very fun & pleasant. Jeff Morley(the physical therapist) is very very good at what he does. His personality along with his expertise and desire to help you get your body back to normal makes him the best PT I have encountered. Ron the front desk manager keeps the place light & fun. He also has a great personality and treats everyone with love & respect. Although they are very serious about their work & very professional, they know how to put a smile on your face so your not just focusing on all the pain your in. Precision Physical Therapy has been a very positive experience. I have been going to this clinic since July of 2017. I can't say enough good about Jeff Morley. He has a great knowledge of Physical Therapy, he is smart with a good sense of humor and is a truly concerned Physical Therapist. He will do all in his power to correct your problem. I was injured at work with a knee injury and had Jeff as my physical therapist. I was impressed with the one on one treatment that was provided. After major back surgery, then a hip replacement and a broken leg over the past year, I have been treated by Jeff. Some of the doctors were concerned I may never walk or drive again but working with Jeff proved them wrong. I am both walking and driving. My pain is near zero and he has taught me to strengthen and stretch to continue getting even better. He is knowledgeable, caring and very good at what he does. I went to Jeff three different times. He ALWAYS made me feel like I was he's only patient. The last time I went there,after going to many different doctors I told Jeff my symptoms and he diagnosed me.I was happy because I thought I was going crazy. I have gone to Precision Physical Therapy over the past three years for help with injuries to my hip, foot, back and both shoulders. Jeff was always very attentive to my issues and designed a program if exercises and hands on therapy to get me back to normal activity. Even when PT could not fix my issue, Jeff recommended a procedure to the ortho Dr I was seeing that ultimately healed me. I have been to a couple of other physical therapy locations in the area, but none as good as this one. It is very hands on and results oriented. Jeff, the owner works with everyone and works within your limitations. It is very clean, spread out and set up for the issues with the virus at this time. I had a knee replacement in November 2020 and Precision was nearby and opened early. Jeff moved me through rehab steps with careful speed. Can not recommend this guy enough.
