I have not been this sore in ages, and I didn't know muscle groups could hurt like this. The workout itself would garner at least 4 stars, but the friendly environment gives this place the 5th. I was really intimidated to try this out, but I was impressed with the instructor and other people working out. Everyone was so kind and did not make me feel bad for needing to take a break from time to time. I'm excited to try it out again!

Also, there will be classes off blocking off the entire weight room during my only period of time to work out so I am unable to get the kettlebell weights needed for my exercises due to a class using a PUBLIC room. Lastly, the pickleball afternoon times are so limited and they will randomly have lessons without posting anywhere on the virtual schedule causing people to drive all the way there and they can't use the gym for the already limited pickleball times. I mean you guys have two apps (confusing!) you'd think you could figure out how to post the times online... The good: for what you get with the classes and really nice showers the price is relatively affordable.

I liked it so much that I got the unlimited monthly membership and I went every other day. Hot Yoga Milwaukee is an excellent community of yogis. Every time I decide to take a class, I leave the studio with an overall wellness feeling. All my stress, anxiety, any negative thoughts go away. Both locations are great, Brookfield is my favorite because parking is more convenient. During the winter months, it can get really crowded. I always try to arrive 15-10 minutes before to get in the room and have some time to get used to the heat. It can be a little overwhelming the first couple of times, but it gets so much better after that. All instructors are different, they will add their unique touch to the class, but it is always something positive. I can honestly say that I like them all. If you are thinking about trying this place, do take advantage of the intro special, it is worth it.

My flexibility sucks and I've been told to do more stretching and yoga so this definitely fits the bill. The staff here is awesome, they are super friendly and welcoming to newcomings. Do yourself a favor and check out their First Timer notes on the website. The poses are repeated every time so you may want to google that before you go as well. As a guy I was a bit worried about feeling awkward but there were plenty of other guys attending as well. Some mornings they are super croweded so try to arrive early. Even with the high temp and and a bunch of sweaty people, the facility is super clean and doesn't have a gross smell to it.

I did not receive the receipt of the charges made monthly, like I used to. Even, when the Club was aware of my membership cancellation, they charge me for one more month. The weekend classes fill up quickly so I would recommend registering sooner rather than later. The instructor for class was great. She remembered my name even though it was our first time meeting and made me feel super welcome by checking in with me after class to see how I liked it. The environment felt safe and inclusive, and the music was my favorite part. You don't realize how much of a difference music makes in making the class that much better. They do have mats and props you can use, and I would definitely recommend this place. They do yoga and recently added Pilates.
