I generally don't write reviews but I had such a really great experience with this company. First of all, my tiles look brand new and the price was fair. Brian took all my concerns seriously. They went out of their way to meet my schedule and since I had already planned to drain my pool after their service (not necessary, I was going to do it anyway), they drained it for me! Draining with my sump pump usually takes me about a day, they pulled out some powerful equipment and did it very quickly. I didn't time it, but it seemed like it was about a half hour. Anyway, I was concerned about the materials being used because I have a son with pica (he likes to put pool water in his mouth and spit it out constantly) and he took all my concerns seriously and made sure all his materials were vacuumed up even though the materials aren't hazardous and going to such extents aren't normally required. He even sent me the MSDS and Safety Data sheets for the materials he used and provided me a reference for something else I was seeking to do with my pool. And then he even scrubbed off some spots in the cement and told me how I could do it in the future. Brian is a great guy and his company is fantastic. My pool tile looks brand new - years of ugly dirty fossilized calcium on my glass tile - I tried everything myself nothing worked. I called these guys and I sent them photos - they gave me a quote , I set up the appointment , they came when they said they would( no waiting for hours like Best Buy ) and within 2 hours I had brand new looking tile. Luke was amazing - detailed in his execution - the tile shines - it is glass tile and no damage at all - amazing. A lot of dust is produced but they cleaned up very nicely - they left no mess. Ok, I am looking for a pool tile cleaning service. I called Precision and spoke to a woman answering the call. Basically, she told me she would take my info and asked that I send photos and she would forward to her boss, who would give me an estimation of the charges based on the photos. The other option she gave me was that they would let me know when they were in my area, and then someone would come by and give me an actual estimate. Cool, BUT, they would charge me $40 for the in-person estimate. So no date for when they will come AND I have to pay for an estimate to do business with them. Nope. Thanks but No thanks. Next, they arrived to Temecula right ON TIME from Riverside in the morning rush hour traffic (in my experience I always get stuck waiting for contractors on first appointments)... I spoke with Brian who was excellent at explaining the process... Luke showed up and he was so nice and very personable as was John... our small yard is hard to get a lot of room to work with, having many obstacles such as shades, plants, and loungers around the pool...Luke and John took care of business- we had bead- blasting done on tile, a mineral cleaning also, and a sealant put on.....They did a fantastic job and the calcium build up is completely gone- they tile and grout look new again... When bead blasting there is so much dust flying and I saw the white powder all over chairs and plants, but when they finished up, everything was CLEAN ! No dust anywhere. They cleaned everything from plants to the shades and patio surface...I highly recommend working with this company as they really take care of your tile and yard, in addition to being prompt (so important too) and so friendly answering my questions !
