They worked very close with Howard Hill, one of the best pool service around and together came up with a plan to drain and clean. Precision was on top of everything as far as phone calls with my tenants. Emails back-and-forth to me. Unfortunately, they did not come out in person and look personally as I suggested as my pool tile was back from the 80s. Of course, when they started the job, they were unable to proceed due to the age and aware of the tile. Everything was positive except for I think the lesson in this is sometimes they have to go out and look in person when the tile was that old so that was a little disappointing. My pool tile looks brand new - years of ugly dirty fossilized calcium on my glass tile - I tried everything myself nothing worked. I called these guys and I sent them photos - they gave me a quote , I set up the appointment , they came when they said they would( no waiting for hours like Best Buy ) and within 2 hours I had brand new looking tile.
