Charlie shows up , measures the roof, and says,"what would you say if I told you $33,800. I said NO. He says what other prices do you have? I told him. A couple days later he sends me a proposal, and drops the price by $ 5000. So NOW, they can do the jon for $5000 less, but two days ago he was ready to screrw out of five grand. I don't deal with scumbags like him, and he's stupid enoughto think I'm going play games like that. I had told him that I had already made my decision when he was here. I had a very very good experience with Nick the whole time he was fixing the leak in my tin roof. It was an old roof and we couldn't afford to replace the whole thing. He was able to replace the only panel that was rusted through. I don't know many companies that would go the extra mile like that. We are very thankful and extremely impressed. We had a really bad leak coming from our den ceiling. We tried to patch it up ourselves, but no matter what we did buckets of water kept pouring in during every heavy rainstorm. We got a few different opinions and immediately felt comfortable once we met Charlie. He really took the time to explain to us what he thought the problem was (which turned out to be 2 different issues). He pointed out specific areas that had been damaged by the water and explained how these details showed him what the exact problems were. Our skylight needed to be replaced (it was over 20 years old) and we had part of a side wall reflashed. Charlie's team arrived on time and worked quickly. They were very professional and didn't waste time. They were finished in just a few hours and left everything clean. Excellent company the came at 8 am stripped off 2 layers of shingles repaired a few sheets of ply wood all new flashing's, ice/water shield and shingles. Ripped off. $800.00 for 45 minutes worth of work. Two laborers, no supervision. When I emailed about the high cost, no response. I also asked to have one day's notice when they were coming. Instead they just showed up. I was working from home on a conference call and had this insane banging going on above my head. Also, there was still ice on the roof and they chipped or scrapped or whatever with large chunks flying down on my new deck. read more

So sorry we used them! Unprofessional. Subcontracted out the gutters and no communication between the foreman and the sub. We actually used them because we had a leak and interior damage from ice dams, the next year (2015) we had a leak in the SAME area! They refused to fix it, and wanted another $2500 to do the repairs! I would NEVER trust them! There were errors in the roofing work - a nail jutting out that "no one saw". Shoddy work. Don't use! read more
