After observing Chris advertising his work on Facebook, we reached out for a quote to re-attach and re-seal the EPDM/TPO roof on our 30 foot fifth wheel. Chris came out, provided a quote for the roof and an upsell for the installation of a fan in the rear of our trailer and replacement of the dome over our shower. We were very happy with the quote, especially with the warranty. Given our previous experience with factory installed RV roofs, it was a no-brainer. Especially the lifetime warranty he offered for his service. Chris and his helper did a workman like installation, peeling back the existing roof, re-attaching it, installing a fan and the dome in the shower. The temperature of the bathroom and our fifth wheel overall dropped measurably and we were very happy with Chris's efforts. A very good job and it looked nice as well. All this for an awesome price. Less than a year later, the roof started to de-laminate on the perimeter and we experienced a leak. I took strips of blue painters tape and flagged the roof where the silicone product was bubbling, peeling away and the de-laminating material that Chris had previously re-attached. It took a few attempts to get Chris to engage us but eventually he came to our home to inspect our roof. After inspecting the roof, Chris declared the de-lamination he repaired was in fact a factory defect and he would not repair it. Chris also explained the silicone product that was bubbling and peeling up was the result of our RV cover abrading the silicone and this would not be covered under his warranty. Chris quoted a charge of $250.00 to come back in two weeks to repair the bubbling and peeling silicone roof. We agreed. Chris has not returned since and does not respond to our text messages, his preferred method of communication. In conclusion, Chris has proven to be an unreliable mobile RV technician. We thought engaging a self employed mobile RV tech that did a very good job of advertising in social media would be reliable and worthy of our hard earned money. Eventually I purchased a gallon of the specialty silicone product and sealant and repaired the leaks myself. And I watch the EPDM/TPO roof he re-attached incrementally become separated from the roof of my fifth wheel. read more

One Star is too much. Chris, at best, has earned a ZERO star rating. Do not give him or his company any business at all. Trust me. I'm wondering if he's even in business any more, but I decided to leave this review just in case. He is all talk, no action and certainly no follow-through. His "lifetime guarantee" is worthless. He did the roof on my RV and it failed within about a week. He came back on at least two occasions to "fix" his job and of course it kept being problematic. And then, like all the other reviews state, he goes dark and will ghost you. I think he really missed his calling. He should be a used car salesman or better yet, a politician. read more

Beware of avoidance when Chris knows he's done you wrong. He was hired to coat the roofs of 3 RVs. He seemed very knowledgeable. One thing led to another and after he talked up remote controlled roof fans I decided to have him replace 2 roof vents and both roof a/c's with what he was recommending. He completed the coating on the 3 RVs and returned after the roof fans were delivered. He only had time to do 6 of the 8 fans and was to return to finish the other 2 but that never happened. Shortly after my fans were installed I attempted to turn on the propane heater but to no avail. He had cut the power when he removed the a/c.On Jan. 6 I contacted him via text and he wrote back, "On older units (my RV is a 2013) the wall mounted thermostat is connected directly to the roof top AC control module where both AC and heat are electronically regulated. Removal of the entire AC unit and its control module may render the thermostat inoperable. Let me see if there is a bypass wiring configuration that might work. Will get back with you." As of Feb. 23 (48 days later) I'd not heard a word. I texted again and was told he'd be in the area in a few days and would check it out. I also asked if he planned to install the last of the fans and his answer was "ok." He never firmly committed to a date but said it was "on calendar." He knew then that he had no plans to return. "Probably Wed" turned into "need to push to Fri." That Friday was Mar 1. He was a no show and hasn't had the decency to contact me since. My take is that he knew exactly what he was doing when he dismantled the a/c, hadn't needed to do any research as he knew at the time that "may render the thermostat inoperable" really meant "WILL" render it inoperable and he wasn't man enough to own up to the mistake of not warning me and giving me the choice to change my mind. Why else would he not contact me or return to finish the job he started on the other RV? I'm seriously thinking of filing in small claims court. He owes me big time! Now I need to hire someone who might be able to right his wrong. I certainly wouldn't trust him to work for me again and I'm sure the feeling is mutual. P.S. These brothers left a mess all over my driveway from cleaning, did not cover my RV sides with plastic sheets to protect from their drips all over the sides of the RV. They just used 1in. Blue tape, the plastic sheets would have cost them $5.00. They used One coat of Henry's, asked why Henry's directions said two coats, said the used a thick one! Left the blue tape on everything and told me to climb up there in 2 days to remove. After they flaked on coming back out, I had a detailer come to clean the sides of the RV. Had Chris come out about 2 years ago and coat my RV. In March 2020 I noticed small pin holes and the coating used bubbled and filled with water. Contacted Chris to complete a warranty repair. Didn't come out till September 13, 2020, coated my roof with new silicone sealer and advised that it takes 24 hours to self level. He was supposed to return within a day or 2 to inspect and remove the tape installed. He never returned advise a week later he had COVID and now will not return calls, instant messages or text, but continues to show completed work videos on Facebook during this same time he had COVID??. He did not remove any of the existing sealer now the new sealer is lifting and will result in the same issue as before. Poor service and will be proceeding legally for monies paid and repairs due to the poor application and preparation of the roof. read more

I called the number listed and it went to voice mail but I received an automated text from Chris so I messaged him back explaining what items needed repairing in our 5th wheel that is still under manufacture warranty. He called me back quickly and scheduled a preliminary appointment to see our 5th wheel that weekend. He drove from Beaumont to Cat City, met my husband and went over the repairs needed. I had a list of items. He agreed to do the repairs and my husband offered him money for that visit to which he politely refused. I sent him a text and we set up an appointment for the repairs. Two days before our appointment my entire household got sick. I text him to reschedule and he chose a date for a few weeks later. So far, so good. Two days before our appointment I sent him a text confirming and did not get a response. I called the next day and left a message, no response. Our scheduled appointment comes and goes with no contact. A few days later I sent a text asking what happened? I was so happy to find Chris because I tried many other repair facilities and mobil repair people that would not do the repairs. I have no idea why he spent all that time driving out and consulting with my husband to then just not show and not even respond as to why. We recently had our roof resealed due to the roof changing colors to a black color and streaking down the sides after a wash. We weren't sure if we had a leak but wanted to have it checked. The clean look of the white roof after being resealed makes the trailer appear newer than it is. We also had the 1 in white insert trim replaced along with 1 the arm of the awning and updated hd antenna. Concerned about my roof leaking in upcoming rains. I shopped around and got different quotes from $2500 to $3500 to reseal my toy hauler roof. Chris responded to my messages promptly and in days came to me in Norco. He professionally power washed and resealed my roof after installing new vent caps, track seal and removed the stock tv antenna I no longer use for under a $1000. I was so happy with his work and knowledge that I had him return and reseal the windows and anything else that water could enter on all sides. I even had him replace all my old trailer lights to new LED lights. Not only does my trailer look almost new, but the resealed trailer had no leaks after an all day down pour in December. Chris and his partner came out to our trailer. They were very professional and friendly. Took the time to pressure wash before putting on new lapseal and then sealed the entire roof including covering the lap seals replaced the trim and the cover for the fridge vent. They also put sealer on the vent covers to prevent them from corroding due to the sun. They did it all in less than 8 hours . The roof looks beautiful and did it all for $22.00 a linear foot. Very happy with the work Chris did on my trailer! My roof was leaking and It had some water damage in the ceiling above the bathroom. Chris replaced all the damaged wood, replaced the skylight, a roof vent, rain gutter rails, and refrigerator vent cover.
