He even does the work on my vehicles if they are still under warranty because over time I have discovered that the dealerships do not provide the best overall service. This has literally been the case for over a year. If the app doesn't work, just remove it. The last time I scheduled service I got a text back a few days later saying that they were sorry but my service appt was cancelled. Not rescheduled, cancelled. No explanation. It seems that over the years this dealership has had a big problem keeping service techs on staff - a lot of turnover. But whatever the reason, my next car will be something other than a Kia, that I can schedule service for.
