Horrible!! Took to get a simple oil change and ended up leaking all my oil out because they did not tighten my filter.

I get my oil changed here on a regular basis and they are the best! My only complaint is it cost $25 to fix a flat. It's $10 every where else. I should have asked the price before hand. read more

I took my SUV in to get a front end alignment. There was some type of an issue, and the desk attendant told me they would not do an alignment with buying some tires first. I have had different shop mechanics bring me into their garage to show me the issues and have a discussion about what needs to be repaired. Not this time. My car was already off the rack and in parked in the lot. Instead of getting an alignment, they returned with a quote they wanted to talk to me about. Four new tires, two new struts, inner and outer tie rods, and the alignment which totaled over $1,720.00 (B and S). I took it home, pulled off and inspected both tie rods. Nothing was bent. I had the misfortune of breaking down on the highway outside Cisco, but the luck of landing in the town with the best shop. The guys at Precision were really straightforward with what was wrong, how long it would take to get the parts, and how long it would be for the fix. Then they went the extra mile to make sure I got back on my feet as fast as possible. I was impressed with some major ingenuity and resourcefulness to get the repair done without waiting two days for a part. They took great care to test the repair before sending me back on the road. They also charged a really fair number of labor hours considering how long it actually took. I can't recommend them enough. read more
