The man who towed my car today was extremely unprofessional. He made off color comments about a bumper sticker for a local skate shop, going so far as to threaten to remove the sticker from my vehicle. I'm deeply disappointed. I let the garage who scheduled the tow know of the incident to hopefully save others the same trouble. read more

After going back and forth with triple A all day after being told my truck would be towed at 10:00Am then became 3 then was told it was canceled at 1pm with no one contacting me I reached out to precision towing. Without hesitation they said they would go get the truck after I told them it needed to be at the Chevy dealer that night. They did it without hesitation 100 miles to go get it and 100 back. An employee from Precision noticed and not only informed me but assisted me in putting air in my tire - allowing me to get to the nearby tire store! It took 3 hours to get a tow truck to my son's car. 2 hours to get someone from the company to call me to give me an ETA. when I called the next day to speak to the owner to complain the office manager said that their times were not guaranteed and it was not their policy to call the person and let them know there would be a delay in getting out to them. She also called me "F@$&ing a$&hole" as she was hanging up the phone to let you know the quality of their employees. read more

I called to pick up my car which had been towed. The website states that credit card payments are accepted. I was told that cash only was accepted for retrieval of impounded vehicles- odd. Upon opening my car door, the display on my dash read "theft attempted." Also odd. When attempting to drive off the lot- the desk worker became very impatient and went back into the office before unlocking the gate. The office itself is a very hostile environment, see the attached picture. There was another sign stating something to the effect of, "you can be stupid or rude but not both." My cars battery was dead. Called the number listed on google reached an answering service. Took over 30 minutes to even hear from the "driver" who ended up just being a manager or supervisor. When I finally did hear from him i was told it would be another 30 minutes for the tow truck driver to arrive. When he did show up the driver had zero customer service skills or abilities and was angry that I didn't have the $95 cash, which I was never informed of payment type wise, for the five minute hook up to their battery pack. Would not recommend not worth the cost. read more

Precision Towing has poorly skilled laborers they send to AAA calls. These drivers come and cause $500 in damage to your car when they attach the jumper cables backward blowing the fusible link that requires a dealership repair. AAA does not hold them accountable. AAA sells you a battery you don't need trying to recover from Precisions damage done. Precision is a joke! When you confront them, they deny and ignore. Just need to Know what town I need to file small claims. The call was to Londonderry, and they are Manchester. Sad, I wouldn't trust these people. Call someone else. read more

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They ruined my ignition by ripping my key fob out in accessory mode and killed my battery. They refuse to even send someone out to jump my car and are telling me the damage is 'impossible' to do when my car was in accessory mode when I got in and tried to put my key in. My ignition is literally ruined by these people who claim to be professionals and the OWNER HIMSELF refused to even send someone out to jump my car without money. They are slimy people who refuse to even fix their own mistakes! read more

Sooooooo..... I waited 6 hours for them to show up. My car was blocking a busy roads traffic and I had to play traffic cop in the cold lol. However... the young lady who answered for me, despite how busy she was, took her time with me and always gave me updates. The driver called in as well as the manager. Super nice and appreciative of that. As of now, the price is great. While waiting 2 other tow companies refused to move it. I have now been waiting over 2 hours for a tow truck and I am 2.2 miles from heir location. I have now called three times and still cannot get any confirmation that someone is even coming. I was on my way to Logan Airport to pick up friends who now how to take a bus because I am still waiting. This is the most horrible service around. I called this company in a somewhat panic from my works food trailor tire blowing out from the side of the highway. The owner on the phone was very nice and honest about my options with the load I had and even offered to send me one of his personal trailor tires if I could not locate the spare just TO BORROW! What company does this??? THIS ONE! Long story short, I found the spare and the employee (Joam) he sent to change it for us was also extremely nice, informative and went above and beyond to check all tires pressure etc. Great people working for this company, even though I'm sure they are dealing with staffing issues like everyone else, they were patient and kind. Pure Garbage. DO NOT USE! We were in an accident and shaken up, we called AAA but police called these scumbags and they got there first. There was too much going on for us to care and my gf needed to go to the hospital. We've called them 6 times today and they keep saying they'll call us back but don't. We have important items in the car we need, they don't care, they aren't in the office and have now lied to us 6 times. I even went there to try to get to my car and it's locked up with razor wire. Terrible service. I have a flat tire, work night shift. I was told that they would arrive within 60 minutes. This was at 8:36 am and it's 954 am, I'm still waiting. The worst part is no one has contacted me about having to wait another 45 minutes due to an "emergency." I had to call my self to find out that I would have to wait another 45 minutes. It would have been wonderful to receive a phone call about the change in time. When I called, I was put on hold for 10 minutes minimum each time I called. This is the second time in just a little over a year I have had to use these guys, and both times they were AMAZING! I had the same service technician (Jose) both times. He arrived in good time in both cases. The first time he towed me all the way to Nashua from Manchester. I had a very tight deadline to get there and he promised we would make it. We did! Broke down on the side of 293 tonight and called these guys for a quote and there very quick and try to help there customers right away ! Unfortunately Fleet got the call number instead but these drivers are 5 star people, they were willing to start heading someone to me before triple A you don't meet people like this anymore , I recommend them for any towing needs ! read more

Recently my band had played a gig at Derryfield Country Club which being fron Maine, is an hour and a half drive to get there. After getting all the way back home from playing there, I had realized that the tailgate on my truck had come off it's hitch and that I had lost most of my music equipment somewhere between Manchester and Kennebunk, Maine. Long story short, Kathy and Frank(Precision Towing) had actually recovered ALL of my equipment in the middle of an intersection not far from where my band played and not only did they call and report it to the Manchester police but come to find out they had also posted ads on Facebook and Craigslist trying to return everything to its rightful owner. To top that off they went out of their way at 1or 2 o'clock in the morning to meet me to give back my stuff knowing that I had to play another gig at noon later that day. They were by far some of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! All $2k worth of my music equipment was returned to me that night along with whatever doubts I've had about there being any good people left in this world. Thank you Kathy and Frank! read more

My vehicle wasn't feeling this particular snowy evening so low and behold I was stuck in a parking lot with zero options. I had gone through my insurance roadside assistance program which made the initial call painless. When the tow arrived I was prepared for a grumpy fella mumbling my car all the way home (I've heard towing horror stories). Boy was I wrong. Jason was so great! He hitched up my car in a jiffy while making light of my situation. We actually engaged in a conversation during the drive. He was the nicest tow guy I've ever met! Broke down on side of road 6pm on a Sunday night. Getting dark and cold. Call 911 for help. Called a number of tow companies after that but the only one who really seemed interested in helping was Precision Towing. They actually showed up before the police officer! Mark the tow driver did every thing he could to make sure our vehicle was towed properly without damages. He towed it to our mechanic and even brought us home! I had a car moved within Manchester. It wasn't an emergency, though Precision Towing got to it within an hour. The driver called a few minutes before he got there to let me know he was coming. He was very professional in moving the car, and it was a very seamless operation. The nice thing about these folks is that they quoted me a price of $65 for the tow. I've had a quote before when I've had a car towed, and suddenly at the other end, it's $30 higher than the quote. This business doesn't play those sort of games. They dealt with me very honestly. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I want to about this company. If I could give them no stars then I would. I'm honestly amazed that they even have any good reviews. Their driver was horrible and just left without helping me at all. The receptionist/dispatcher was pretty darn rude also. I ended up having to use Duval towing in Goffstown because the driver for Precision was too lazy to even get out of his truck to assist me in any way. If you need a tow truck call Duval.....they were absolutely amazing! The driver for Duval helped me every way he could and was extremely courteous and professional. read more

Cancelled my tow service without notifying and left me waiting for a tow truck for 2 hours. When I called they were very rude.

These people helped my mom out of a situation with an old car. They were very understanding and open and very inviting. The office we had to laugh the sign on the wall had my cracking up. And the complaint department grenade so maybe the people who are complaining about that should take a number and see what happens. You guys are to soft grow up or just pick a number read more

I'm lucky I called Rick at Precision Towing before wasting a ton of money elsewhere. My Lexus broke down and I randomly mentioned to Rick that the key was broken into two pieces, the plastic portion that you turn and the metal shaft that goes into the ignition. He told me the plastic handle contained a microchip that had to be a few inches away from the ignition switch in order for the car to start. I had put the plastic portion in my center console which was too far away, so I took it out and taped it on the dash right next to the ignition, and it started right up. The tow was only going to be $70, which is a steal, but Rick saved me more than just money, he saved me time and trouble. I'm going to drop a scratch ticket and a copy of this review in the mail. read more
