Max (the owner) carefully planned the work, told us what to expect, answered all our questions, and provided updates throughout the process. I especially appreciated his explanations about how the work would eliminate problems and benefit the trees. While working, they were very careful not to damage any other trees, outdoor furniture, or fences and they completely cleared the yard of tree debris before they left. Additionally, Max offered valuable insights regarding the care of my Japanese maple. Max is also speaks several languages. Came onsite within the hour to access the damage the fallen tree caused. He gave me a good price and showed up the next morning at 7:30am (as promised). He and his crew cut down and removed this huge oak tree in under 2 hours. I thought I was going to be stuck the whole day. Great communicator, great price and great customer service.
