I got there at 8 and there were already people lined up. The wait was 2 hours, which was accurately estimated. They don't do appointments -- it's on a first come first serve basis. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The experience that I had with this place has been unbelievable. I had my vehicle towed to this repair shop due to issues with my rear differential on my 2011 F150. While my vehicle was on there property my catalytic converters were stolen (so they claim). I filed an insurance claim because of the theft, then I paid to have the converters replaced and the differential repaired. I asked the manager several times if I could see the security camera footage that would have clearly shown the converters being stolen, however, I was never allowed to see the footage. The total repair cost was over $3900. After giving these people my hard earned money (All I had) two days later my check engine light came on. I took the truck back to the shop and told the manager about my issue. The mechanic ran a diagnostic on the check engine light code and determined that the issue was the catalytic converters. The mechanic told me at that time that it was the catalytic converters so I go back into the shop and I speak to the manager, and the manager says well. We have to look at it further to see what's wrong with the catalytic converters you can bring it back tomorrow. I come back the next day thinking that it was going to be a simple process where they would just fix whatever is wrong, being that I already paid them to fix the issue, two days prior. So they hoisted up my truck then the manager came to me after about 15 minutes of looking at the truck and says that I need new turbos. I tell the manager there was no issue with the turbo's prior. His response to me was we don't know that we don't know what issues it had prior mind you they were the ones who worked on the truck and actually had the vehicle in their possession for two weeks while doing the repairs. Never once did they mention anything about turbos. The manager became very rude and immediately told me you need new turbos and I'm not paying for turbos to be put on your truck so there's nothing we can do for you. You paid us to fix the catalytic converters. We did that and now you have another issue however, the code on the check engine light says that the catalytic converters are not efficient. The code on the check engine light said nothing about turbos. The vehicle wasn't losing any power. It wasn't backfiring. It wasn't smoking. It wasn't doing anything that would indicate that there was an issue with the turbos. After going back-and-forth with a manager for a short time, he then tells me you need to get out or I'm going to call the police. I then called the police myself and told him I was not going anywhere and that I would wait for the police. I've been waiting for the police to show up. The police made a report told me that they couldn't do much because it was a civil matter, but that I definitely should take them to civil court. The police asked to see video from their security camera showing the theft of my catalytic converters. The shop manager stated that the video was no longer available and had been erased from that day so they would not be able to see that video. I took my vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion. The second Repair shop looked at my vehicle and said that the issue was the catalytic converters and that the vehicle had no issues with the turbos the catalytic converters that were put on the vehicle were not efficient!!! I've been called the manager back and told him this information right there in the second Repair shop, right in front of the repair shop owner, and the manager of Precision Tune auto repair told me that the reason the catalytic converters they put on were not efficient, is because I did not pay enough to get good ones, so they put the "aftermarket" converters on there because that's all I paid for and if I wanted to get good catalytic converters I had to pay more money! This was absolutely ridiculous. The owner of the second shop I went to for the second opinion was floored at the managers response. He felt so bad for me that he kept apologizing, even though he wasn't the one who caused the issue. I went back to Precision tune, in hopes of getting my vehicle fixed correctly, like I paid good money to have done but instead the manager pulled out mace on me cursed me out and told me to get off of there property. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF GREEDY SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. read more

Bought a Groupon for a wheel alignment. Came in and also purchased an oil change at full price. 45 mins into service manager comes to me and tells me it's an extra $30 to take my hub caps and lug nuts off. Now I'm back in the shop because my car is veering to the right and the alignment isn't done right after they up-charged me $30 for a service that should be included in my service to begin with. Never heard of someone paying $30 to get hub caps and lug nuts took off. Rip off! read more

I had to wait over 2 hours to get an oil change, the staff gave excellent service but refused to schedule my appointment even though Groupon suggested to make it. This will be my last time here. I never ended up getting my oil change, they confirmed upon arrival that they had the oil for my Hyundai Sonata, but after all the waiting they did not. I drove 30 min and waited two hours so they could waste my time and money, they had no sympathy and didn't do anything to make up for it. 3 hours and my money lost due to lack of communication and unprofessional behavior. read more

I would not recommend you bring your car to this place if you want it back in a timely manner, or in working condition. My wife took the car in for repairs while I was away on a business trip. She was told the repair would take a few hours and they had the car for four days. This place thought they could take advantage of my wife and started singing a completely different tune when they spoke to me. They claim to have fixed a problem that didn't exist and then proceeded to try to charge my wife $340 and the original problem the car was brought in for was not fixed. Then they tell me that the problem is a fan that we had repaired by them and therefore should be covered by the warranty and then they dont honor said warranty. read more

I well yelled at and not helped in any way, regarding a Groupon voucher! I called before I went and explained the problem I was having. I was told to get my car towed there and they would check it out. When I arrived with the tow truck, the guy at the counter said he probably couldn't do anything for the type of car I had. I asked why did he tell me to have it towed there and he said he never spoke to me until I showed him my phone where I called just a little earlier.
