He answered the call and immediately said he was "in the middle of shit" and asked me to wait. A minute later, someone else came on the line and said Rick was dealing with constipation and it would take a while. I clarified this was a scheduled business call and asked if he was still interested--he then put me on hold again with no response. This level of disrespect, especially after he requested the call, is completely unacceptable. It is also important that businesses in our communities are held accountable when their practices may take advantage of people. including men, minorities, and consumers who may already be financially vulnerable. Deceptive or exploitative practices can cause serious hardship, and addressing them helps protect other members of the community from similar harm. DO NOT BUY HERE! My livelihood is at Jeopardy due to thi situation. I purchased a 2020 Buick Enclave from King Auto Sales in Detroit on September 4, 2026. I was told the vehicle had been checked and that nothing was wrong with it. Approximately 10 days after purchasing and financing the vehicle, the check-engine light came on and I was informed that the catalytic converter is bad. I immediately contacted the dealership expecting them to stand behind a vehicle they had just sold me. They refused to take responsibility or help resolve the problem. My concern isn't simply that a used vehicle developed a problem. My concern is that I financed a vehicle believing it had been inspected and was in good condition, only to discover a significant issue almost immediately after the sale. I am now documenting the vehicle's condition, obtaining an independent written diagnosis, and pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint process. DONT considering buying here, protect yourself. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances or a vehicle-history report which is created by them. Them refusing to let me Take the vehicle to an independent mechanic of my chose should have been my answer to not buy here. before signing anything, have the computer scanned, ask for the emissions-readiness monitors to be checked, and get every representation about the vehicle's condition in writing. A dealership's customer service shouldn't end when the paperwork is signed. How a business responds when something goes wrong tells you just as much as the sale itself. They also refused to give you copies of contracts! I also want women considering doing business here to be aware of my personal experience. During my interactions, I experienced comments and behavior from the salesperson/dealer that I considered sexually inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward me as a woman. I came there to conduct a business transaction and purchase a vehicle--not to be made uncomfortable by sexual comments or behavior. Between that experience and the dealership's refusal to assist me after a significant vehicle problem appeared approximately 10 days after my purchase, I am extremely disappointed with how this transaction was handled. Women especially: trust your instincts, keep your interactions professional and documented, and don't be afraid to leave if you're made uncomfortable. I am sharing my personal experience so other consumers can make an informed decision. I will update this review if the dealership takes meaningful steps to address these concerns. I took it back up there and let them try to resolve the issue with them returning in the car to me with the same issue after they kept my car for a day and half. Pulled in with a leaky bleeder valve , barely dripping, left with paying them just under 400 for a thermostat car didn't need and bleeder valve still leaking but when they looked at it , pulled the hose to hard and cracked the nozzle on the overflow tank and not car is spraying like a garden hose. This location has been very good to me each and everytime I have been here. I got cheap tires, probably worth more than the car they are going on. My experience was good. They didn't try to upsell me or try anything funny and I have been happy with what I got here. That is how most of these places work, like Pep Boys who have a nice little corner in Hell waiting for them where they can rot with Comcast, Banks, and Auto Insurance companies. Now, let us talk about why I love this place. (so far) Living here in Michigan, you all know that our roads are by far the worst roads in the world. I have driven crappy roads in horrible places in the world like Mexico and Louisiana and nothing will wear out a car and cause so much tire damage like Hall or Mound Roads. THIS Discount Tire has done well on FREE tire repairs for me. It takes a while to wait but they do good work. I work near Centerline and there's a Discount Tire on Van Dyke. I took a tire that kept losing air there to repair and those clowns told me it was fixed after a wait of more than 2 hours. I kept losing air on it and kept filling it. I took it to this place and my suspicions were correct. Centerline Discount Tire never repaired it. Those idiots said they did. Well, no big deal as it is supposed to be free and it was. Tilch Road Discount Tire went ahead and repaired it and also told me about some issues with the suspension. Point is, that I trust these guys so far and they have done a great job selling and servicing me. The guys have been very good here too at this location, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I never though I would support one of these places again, but this one is a very good one.

What impressed me is that the business has been on file with the BBB for many years and that there have been NO COMPLAINTS on record against Nash's Auto. This, plus very favorable reviews here on Yelp and on Google led me to choose this company. While other shops could not get us in right away for the prepurchase inspection, Kyle had us in and out the next morning. The evaluation was very comprehensive in the inspection. I was impressed with how thorough they were in checking over everything needed to convince us that the car was truely as good as we hoped it was.
