Apparently management changed, the tech who signed off on the safety was no longer there. They denied everything they had told me the first day. They told me this guy that sold me the vehicle brings in at least two vehicles a month for safety. When I called the second time they mistakened me for different vehicle for the same issue, a supposed passed safety. Clearly something is going on in this shop. I wouldn't trust buying another vehicle that was safetied by this shop.

It was a complicated issue to do with the linear transmission as I learned and they kept me in the loop the whole time, I knew my car was in the hands of experts. I've driven this car for over ten years and the function of the linear transfer of power from the electric to the gasoline motor is precisely what the issue was as it is driving with the same feel as when it was brand new!
