Beyond upset with Discount Tire in Wilson,NC…read more I went today to have my new rims and tires installed and was turned away empty handed . I placed my order on 9/6/25 and payed my bill in full $1991.00 and was assured my new rims would be here in a week . It is now 9/29/25 and their counter person couldn't even find my order in their system. When I produced the paid receipt he went and looked finding nothing . Finally I see Quinn the counter person I placed the order with he tried to con me into a different set of rims . I stated I want what I ordered in the first place . I requested that they have them overnighted because it was totally their screw up . I was told they can't do that . So now I have to wait until they come in MAYBE Friday but probably Monday or Tuesday of next week . That timeframe is bad since I fly out Sunday for a 3 week work trip . I cannot recommend this treatment to anyone. They are making ZERO EFFORT to make this right . Beyond upset with Discount Tire in Wilson,NC.
