We ordered a treadmill last October from DICK's Sporting Goods, which uses a New York based company to coordinate delivery and assembly. After three failed attempts to deliver the machine, DICK's had the New York company contact Reliable Assembly & Delivery. We immediately received an email from them followed up by a phone call verifying the date and time, and fifteen minutes before the scheduled delivery another phone call saying they were on their way. Casey and Jaymi not only assembled the machine but also took the time to explain details about its operation. They wore masks and practiced safe social distancing. When I later had a question Casey took the time to call me back and give me the information I needed. Their work was absolutely first rate. It bears repeating: Reliable Assembly & Delivery absolutely lives up to its name.

He dug the hole put in the rebar and cement and put in the base plate and made sure it was all perfect came back about 3 days later to complete the job putting my hoop system together. It was a very complicated job and he was very fast and efficient putting my MegaSlam together. If I tried to do it on my own I know I would screw it up and it would take me hours and hours and days to try and figure it out. If you have play sets, exercise equipment or outdoor hoop systems you want installed go with On-Site they are the best. A++

Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws.
