I highly recommend Victor. He recently redid our bathroom from beginning to end and we're very happy with the result and the quality of his work. He has 35 years of experience in construction and builds things to last. I know I am a demanding customer and he was very patient with me. So if you have a project on the board, don't hesitate to contact him.

Outstanding service, high-quality work, truly a five-star experience! Highly recommend Victor!!!! Victor completed six projects, extremely happy with the end results of all six. Three out of the six were 'custom' requests they came out fabulous. 1) Inserted our mini fridge into our kitchen countertop. 2) Turned our useless crawl space "Harry Potter room" into a functional storage area 3) Built a dog house/shelf unit for our small dog to hide from the big dogs. The dog house portion opens up so I am able to go in and clean 4&5) inserted shelves for our pantry and laundry room for more storage 6) Replaced some of the flooring from water damage. Victor stayed true to my build request. However there were a few things we needed to alter. He explained the reasoning, he did let me decide what I wanted to do, in the end I took all his recommendation which and I'm glad I did. He totally knows what he's doing. I'm currently making another 'To do' list for Victor :)

    A door

Victor did a great job installing a door into our crawl space. He was efficient and showed great workmanship and cleaned up everything when he done.

We had a long list of things that needed to be done at our house and Manny was able to do everything we asked. He fixed two kitchen drawers that wouldn't slide properly, secured a railing on our deck, built a gate and a fence to enclose our deck and figured out a way to make a slope that extended from the bottom of the house look neat and finished with the use of rocks and wooden slats. Manny's communication was great and he showed up when he said he would. He's extremely knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining things and discussing options. We are so pleased with his work and are already thinking of more things for him to fix. Highly recommend.

There isn't anything that Manny can't do! He was able to do the following in a week: - install a new gas line - trim the kitchen granite counters and deconstruct the cabinet beneath the counter to build a smaller shelf so the space could accommodate a gas stove - install a new outlet for a gas stove - install a new faucet - resized the opening in the kitchen counter for a new dishwasher I moved into a new home and when trying to buy new appliances, quickly learned that the previous homeowner squeezed appliances into the counter without the correct measurements. Manny was transparent about the kitchen build errors and talked me through exactly how they could be fixed in the most cost-effective, yet, attractive way. His pricing is very reasonable. He's responsive and follows-up to make sure everything is working correctly. Manny is a dedicated handyman and I will be calling on him again!

Light fixture came with no instructions and was extremely difficult to install. Handymanny figured it out without any damage (very fragile)

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

One of them was damaged(I wouldn't have noticed). They installed it, ordered another window, and replaced the damaged one when the new one arrived at no charge to me. I love the windows. They are energy efficient and let in so much light!

The problem started when they began calling me nonstop every single day, early in the morning, to the point where I had to block their number. I still didn't give up. I had my personal assistant call them to schedule an appointment on my behalf, but they refused. They said I personally had to call and give approval before she could set it up. I'm a busy man, which is exactly why I asked my assistant to handle it. My assistant still didn't give up. She went directly to their website and successfully scheduled an appointment that was supposed to take place today. Yesterday, I received a text message saying they were trying to reach me to confirm the appointment. I replied and confirmed it. Now, this morning, I'm receiving another text message saying they were unable to confirm the appointment, so they canceled it and are telling me that if I want to reschedule, I have to call them. Total waste of my time and energy taking my business elsewhere

When it came time to install, the installers were generally nice, did a good job cleaning up after themselves and the exterior work was done reasonably well. Things did not go quite so well inside. The windows themselves work fine and are an improvement over what we had previously, but our house was built in 1943 and the interior trim on all the windows and doors is mitered and a particular width. We had also previously tested other window and door frames with a 3M lead test and found that they potentially had lead paint underneath the top layer. The sales rep had assured us they would match the framing style and definitely do a lead test first. The installers did not seem to care about this because they did not test for lead and started right in. When they came to tell us they were finished and show us the final product, what we got was a giant blocky casing that did not in any way match what was in the house. For context, our framing is 3.5 inches in width on all windows and doors in the house. This new framing is 5.5 inches, adding an additional 2 inches all the way around and not mitered. Because the new trim is wider, it doesn't sit level with other framing in the house and it also means the headboard of our bed doesn't fit properly against the wall anymore either. Not to mention it just looks out of place. Additionally, some of the brad nails were also sticking out of the casing and they did not caulk beneath the bottom portion of the trim. I have included pictures for reference, including an example of the original style from one of our other windows we haven't had replaced yet. I understand that sometimes when you have work done on your house, you have to hire someone else to complete another portion or do it yourself (for example, an electrician is not going to repair your wall well or at all after they cut into it), but this feels pretty bad at ~$7K when you also have to do all the painting yourself. What's worse is now we're probably going to end up having to redo the interior casing trim ourselves too. Overall disappointed.
