I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. I went to the Nashua store, concerned not about the 30 dollar connector but CPR cracking the screen during the very invasive screen removal process to get at the connector, plus I didn't want to share my passcode. They accommodated both, guaranteeing if they broke screen, they make me whole. After the repair and in-store, I entered my passcode for them to check and they determined the far right side icon movement was intermittent. They replaced the screen entirely and I was a happy camper when I finally picked it up. They honored their commitment and I'd definitely return.
