The work crews were ultraefficient. I worked with two main pros, and they would swarm other teammates at various times to deliver or remove new or old equipment . They also had electricians and plumbers involved because of new regulatory state or federal requirements. I chose Leblanc because: 1. Their reputation. I've worked with Leblanc on HVAC and plumbing projects. They are always responsive, whether on a current project or in cases where (my old) heater or AC would go down. When I've needed them the most they've been there. 2. They stand behind the HVAC products they sell. The product warranty was 10 years, and their labor warranty towered above their competitors. 3. This company is still family owned. You can tell. I can't say enough about the workers on this project. We have a furnace in the attic area. When I asked one of their pros how they get it up into the attic, he said "we strap it up there." I tried to slide this unit and couldn't even move it, and these two young guys pulled it right into the attic. The basement was so cold you could see your breath. So between the freezing attic, basement and outdoors they were in near freezing temps for at least 30 hours. They never complained.

For that to happen people need to stop going here and force him to rethink this venture.

To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I recently shattered the front screen on my iPhone 6 Plus after dropping it in a parking lot; about a million pieces in what appeared to be the greatest spiderweb imaginable (it was a work of art to say the least). Well, instead of paying $150 to have a refurbished phone sent to me through the insurance plan I had through Best Buy, I heard of this wonderful company through a good friend/acquaintance and was told to check it out. I'm sure glad I did! For the exact same cost of a refurbished phone via Best Buy's insurance, I was able to have my own phone "refurbished" by NH iPhone Repair. Chad (the owner) was fantastic! He installed a brand new screen on my phone within 10 minutes of me walking through the door of his new storefront location in Bedford. Throughout the entire installation process Chad was very friendly, allowing me to sit and watch as he worked on my phone. I was amazed at how fast he moved and the care he took towards making sure my phone worked properly upon completion. In the end I walked out with what easily could have been labeled a brand new phone, straight out of the box. I couldn't be more pleased! Very upset with my experience here. Chad took my phone in for a screen repair and his employees actually caused new damage to my phone. They damaged the motherboard and caused a "Boot loop" on my device, and after replacing the screen Chad the owner accused me personally of "trying to pull a fast one on them". This offended me greatly as he was now trying to charge a board repair for $250 and a battery replacement for $50 while accusing me of breaking the device myself. They sent my device to North Conway (a separate company)since they are not qualified for board repair, took 2 weeks while they never followed up on their own once, when they finally fixed my device and it turned on, I proved to them that my phone had notifications from minutes before they logged my first service ticket. Proving that my phone was not boot looping and was actually working minutes before the repair. The owner Chad and and a few of his employees had nothing to say except "this phone has caused us all to drink a lot". "We're at the point of doing whatever the **** it takes to get you get out here". "Basically never come back again". These are all quote by quote from Chad the owner and his employees. I don't think I've ever had friendlier service. I had a IPhone 6 that wasn't holding a charge and called apple and they told me that they were booked for a week and a new battery would cost $80, if that was the only issue. I did not want to wait a week and looked up this place, which I heard about from a friend. I was pleased to find out I could set up an appointment the next day. I walked in a few minutes early and Chad and Colin (and a female, Jill maybe?) greeted me with smiles. Although I was about 10 minutes early they took me in right away and said I could get the battery replaced in 15 minutes. As they worked, they engaged in friendly conversation and even asked me about my personal life, which was very welcoming. After doing a quick run through, they found out that I needed a new charging port as well. This was another $60 but chad gave it to me for half off, since I did not come in for it. I only had to pay $90 for a new battery and charging port and my phone works as good as new! Thank you for your friendly customer service and definitely have a new favorite place if I need work on my phone. read more

I've never cracked a screen on any iPhones I've had so I was pretty distraught when I dropped my phone flat on its face and smashed the screen. I needed to get it fixed fast or it was going to drive me nuts. I searched Yelp and this sounded like a place I wanted to try. I made an appointment online (so convenient) for 1030 this morning. My sister and I showed up and were cheerfully greeted by Chad, who shook our hands and told us he'd be done with the phone in about 15 minutes. While he worked, he chatted with us and a couple other customers who had come in. But the chatting didn't distract him or slow him down at all. We were out of the store in 15 minutes total, including wait time before Chad took my phone and cashing out. Chad has definitely found his niche in providing a much needed service. Amazingly fantastic, over the top service...exactly why I shop local when possible!! I didn't have an appointment, but just dropped by on a Tuesday afternoon hoping I could at least drop off my son's iphone 5 and my daughter's ipad air, both with severely damaged screens, and pick them up some other day. I was immediately greeting with an extremely friendly welcoming from Chad and pleasantly surprised when he said he and Colin could do both within 20 minutes! Originally brought the ipad air to the Apple store where they said I had to have an appointment (I live 45 minutes away and they were booked a week out) before they'd even look at it and further explained that they're unrepairable and they would take ours in trade for a discounted refurbished one or new one. Chad just saved me $400. Seriously. My wife dropped her iPhone 4S in the garage and after a big "CRUNCH" we realized it was in bad shape. Front screen cracked, glass everywhere. Found Chad at NH iPhone Repair and called him up. He was out of the office but called us back 20 minutes later, scheduled an appointment that was spot on for me the next morning at 11am, and BOOM... 1130am had my wife's phone back and looked NEW. Seriously. NEW. This was awesome. It works just like it should, and I'm proud to support this local business! So basically, if your 3, 3G, 4, 4S, 5; or iPad 1, 2, or new generation is busted... well... spend the absurd money for a new one, or bring it to CHad to fix it like new. $400 for a phone or $75 for a screen? Don't be fooled by the name, NHiPhoneRepair can fix more than iphones. My wife's ipad air had a crack that ran across the screen diagonally from corner to corner and needed replacement ASAP as it was her turn playing online Scrabble. Luckily I found Chad's ad online and called for an appointment, which I was able to make for the following day. Had to wait about one minute for Chad to finish a phone call before he went straight to work on my emergency repair, which took about fifteen minutes. The ipad looks and works as good as new now and the whole process was much less painful than I had anticipated, thanks to Chad's expertise. Highly recommend NHiPhoneRepair when disaster strikes. I have to admit that when I learned Chad does the repairs out of his home, I made sure to let a few people know where I was going and when I would be done! As I drove through Bedford and up to the house, I was sure this would be legitimate. I was very impressed to find Chad, along with the help of his brother, set up in the kitchen of his home making repairs for people in need! There were even a few clients waiting at the time of arrival. Chad replaced the shattered screen on my iphone 5 in approx. 15-20 mins and it was very affordable! I called Chad @ NH I-Phone repair yesterday with an issue regarding the charging port on my Samsung S6. Chad was very professional and offered to take a look at my device but cautioned me that they did not have parts in stock to fix it. I took a shot and went to the Bedford store, after closing time, and they were still there. Chad gladly took a look at my phone and within a minute had determined that a small piece of metal had gotten stuck inside the charging port. These guys are great. Chad, in Bedford, is very professional and fixed my iPhone 5s in 2 days with a mail-in repair from Vermont. It had a swollen battery due to old age and my misuse (not letting it discharge enough). The screen was bulged out, but not cracked, and the back of the the phone also was puffy, but he replaced the battery and saved my screen all for only $50, which included his return shipping. The phone is back to normal. No bulging screen or back and everything is functioning normally. I will see about the battery life and check back with this review, but as of now these are my guys for any iPhone repairs in the future. read more

This business is simply an amazing group of professionals that really know their stuff! I messaged the business late on a Sunday night about a phone problem I was having, thinking they would get it the next morning. Shockingly enough,I got a response within minutes! I brought my phone in the next day and it was a problem they didn't think thru would be able to help me with. But Colin still took the time to try to fix it, and HE DID!!! We were camping around Keene, NH when our dog knocked my iPhone 6 out of my hands and landed on a rock and shattered the screen. I called these guys and set up an appointment to replace the screen for that day. They had the parts in stock and when I walked in an hour later they were ready for me. They took the phone, sat down at a table 6 feet away and replaced the screen in less than 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were fast, courteous and professional. I have tried to go to two advertised places and they are "moving", "too busy" or "the guy that repairs screens is in next Thursday". Called Chad, went to the house, twenty minutes and an acceptable amount charged later and I was on my way. He explained the issue with my touch screen, was personable and stands behind his work. The other businesses, one in Derry and the other in the Mall, failed numerous times to deliver. Wife's iPhone 11 got a bit of sea water, ended up in infinite Apple logo loop. Tried all sorts of software repair tool - no use. Went to the Apple store in Mall of NH, the guy there suggested a factory reset - no I want to save the data. As a last ditch I went to NH iPhone Repair in Bedford. I watched the tech skillfully took the phone apart, found rusted spots caused by the salt water, cleaned everything up and put it back together, all done within twenty minutes. I have used NH iPhone Repair 2x now. About 2 years ago to repair a cracked screen on a gen-1 iPad. It cost $90 and is still working with no problems. Last week, they replaced the screen in my iPad Air-1 which had a bad digitizer which was causing phantom or ghost touches. It was $100 and is working great. For this last repair, I mailed them the iPad via priority mail ($10) on a Friday and I received it back (via priority mail) the following Wednesday. I checked with Apple and was told it would probably be about $240 to repair. read more

They're the best. Period. I've been there since it wa desk and a bowl of jolly ranchers. The jolly ranchers are still there but they have obviously expanded and grown. For good reason. I just broke my iPad screen. I gave these guys a call. Chad got me in within the hour. I hung out while he repaired my screen which took about 30 minutes. He gave some of the friendliest customer service I have ever had! He showed me every part of my iPad and was very attentive and easy going. After he finished, it was good to go. In February I dropped my phone and shattered he screen, I made an appointment and was accommodate right away. The repair took less than 15 minutes and my phone was good as new. Later that year in October the screen was acting up so I returned to the shop and had my phone repaired once again this time under WARRANTE! The guys there were so polite and…read moreexplained that the reason my recently updated Lenovo wasn't working efficiently was because I was trying to run Windows 11 on only 8BG of RAM. I know nothing about computers and they let me know it's much faster and easier with 16GB RAM. They gave me a very reasonable time frame of a few weeks to update or repair it and a very reasonable rate. They also gave me the option to buy a used recently refurbished laptop that day. I needed the functional computer right away for work so I bought the used laptop and figured I'd get back to the repairs needed on my Lenovo when I could afford the extra time and money. I thought they were awesome and recommended a few people there when it would come up in conversation. ...Embarrassingly for me however, the laptop they sold me had a screen that flickered like crazy. You had to open it at just the right angle and if it wiggled the screen would just go black. I couldn't return it to them unfortunately, no time and no money. It flickered since day 1 and there's no way they didn't know it still did that after they had "fixed it", he started it up at the counter before he sold it to me. The computer was facing him and I have too much trust. -- I just learned that there were likely compounding factors that were why my original Lenovo wasn't working. Because it's very normal for a standard, nongaming laptop to have 8GB of RAM and it didn't take everyone else 4 hours to type a single page of word document. It's been a few years now and my partner who is in tech just told me this. I wasted that critical money and critical time on a piece of equipment that was so dysfunctional that it actually set me back in my search for a new job. In fact I actually had more work now to do to make up for my mistake. Turns out I guess this was just another experience of being fed BS. When you walk in to Microseconds, make sure you're not actually relying on whatever laptop you get from them unless you know your stuff, have the time and resources to go back and fix problems, and are comfortable asking for a full walkthrough so you can make sure your new/used computer is working properly. This girl was too desparate for an option and got taken advantage of. This girl did get poorer service these other reviews I'm seeing. Of course I'm disappointed in myself but honestly you also need to shape it up fellas, you're behavior is disappointing. I hope things have changed there since then.
