They even denied putting my headboard through the wall of my bedroom; took my bed apart & then left greasy handprints on the white headboard & they didn't say a word when I asked them about it. No drop cloths were used anywhere, no shelving in 2 cabinets were secured so when they tipped them sideways the inside shelving went flying. I was quoted $554.25 for the move & was charged $898.60. I completed their survey after the move stating all of the above & have heard nothing back. No one picks up the phone number listed on their website. I even went in person to the office, saw the 2 movers who "moved" me, told them I need to speak with the owner, nothing but crickets.

K S." showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done! They were polite and respectful of both properties. They handled my furniture with the same care that I personally would have taken and were professionals at all times. Even when faced with challenges, they problem solved and included me in the decision making process to ensure I was informed and aware of what was going on at all times Do not be fooled by the apparent youth of some of these employees; they are good! I never had to worry that my belongings were going to arrive safely. I never had to question anything they were doing. I even saved money by booking online 60 days before my move. That's just awesome! The only hiccup was in the planning phase. Because I booked online, and told them my inventory, their calculator didn't accurately anticipate the size of the move. Luckily, I moved to a location close enough to allow 2 back to back trips in a short amount of time. I talked to the company about this and found out that I could have asked for a site visit (or virtual site visit) to get super accuracy on my quote. They would have sent someone to visually check what I was moving to determine what size truck to send instead of estimating based on my reported inventory. Next time, I'll know! Still, hats off to College H. U. N. K. S. I highly recommend them! They are logisticians on a mission! I totally respect that!!!!

As I listen to my dog snoring, I'll recant the wonderful experience with this family owned business at my new apartment in the Northern WI suburbs I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. Between my dog and I, we drink about 80- 20 ounce bottles each week. It was getting embarrassing; but we couldn't drink the well water even after boiled it! We just weren't hardy enough! Our poor little citified tummies couldn't take it! I researched and found an undersink mounted filter that my landlord happily approved. However, I'm new in town. My "go-to" plumber doesn't service this area and none of my friends could help me. I asked the property manager and she stated I could check with their contractor. I was shocked when Bublitz agreed to come out and help me. Their work was wonderful. They were courteous and professional. The pricing was fair. Called Bublitz plumbing and heating, they came right out (New Years Day!) and found that we had a pipe that was blocked with Grease and debris and had become frozen. 45 minutes outside in the frigid temps, they had it all fixed and ready for me to continue doing laundry.
