Got a pawn on my iPad at this location for a medical emergency and I logged out of my iCloud account with the woman associate before she closed my iPad case and gave me my ticket. Fast forward to not even 2 weeks later when I went to redeem my item and when I got home and turned it on for the first time after picking it up my iPad was restored to factory settings. I contacted the store immediately after turning it on, before I even had to set it back up again, and the manager accused and stated that I was lying and refused to take accountability for his business or employees not following their business standards. He then disrespected me even further by saying if I "got an official letterhead from Apple stating it was restored while in their possession" he would return the $20 interest I paid. $20 DOESNT RESTORE OR MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING THEY LOST/COST ME. I unfortunately did not have any backups available so I lost pictures of my kids, purchases, journals, planners, etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR POSSESSIONS. They have been reported to the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) and I will make sure the owner is held responsible.

I had been wanting to have a necklace made for my twin sister and I out of the diamonds from my mother's jewelry that was given to us when she passed. This gift card motivated me to get this done and wear something that belonged to my precious mother. We loved meeting Frank the owner and he walked us through the process. He told us about my mother's diamonds, what the diamond drop pendants would look like once finished and what kind of necklace to buy or use. The whole process was fun, easy and very affordable. Instead of just taking the repair and moving forward, they took the time to walk me through everything honestly. They explained that while they could fix it, the ring itself was cracked and there was a real chance of ongoing issues down the road. That kind of transparency is rare. It would have been easy for them to take my money and say nothing, but they chose integrity instead. That alone earned my trust. On top of that, they handled another ring for me, polishing and reshaping it, and the turnaround was quick and the result was beautiful. You can tell they care about their work and the people they're helping, not just the transaction. It's not always what you want to hear as a customer, but it's exactly what you need. All of my efforts to try to bring it back to life failed. Clock shops said they wouldn't work on it because it's either too old or its mechanism is more like a watch. My regular jeweler (whom I love) does not work on clocks. So, this heirloom with a lot of sentimental value to me sat, inoperative, for well over a year. Since I drive by Westbrooke Jewelers almost on a daily basis, I took a few pictures of the clock and stopped in. I was so hoping that they could do what others wouldn't or couldn't - and sure enough I was told I could bring it in to them! Yippee! Immediately went home, retrieved the clock and came back. I was assured that they'd get it back up and running. And that they did. Yes, it took some time to get it done. And yes, it was not cheap to get this repaired. But, since I own multiple other clocks that have required repairs/rebuilds, I know that any clock repair can cost some good money. The important questions are: was it actually fixed so it's operative; and do they provide a guarantee on their work? When I went to pick it up, Jami was excellent about explaining what repairs were performed. There is a one-year guarantee on all their work, so if something should go awry, I need to bring it back. Perfect! While I was here, I did scope out their merchandise. Gorgeous stuff! If you're in the market for GOOD jewelry, I'd stop by. Life is too short to wear cheap jewelry! Obviously, too, Westbrooke knows how to do a variety of repairs. So pleased that I stopped in and have found a lovely shop with very friendly owners. And I'm tickled that my clock now works!

Not only did he take it upon himself to lower his payout rate after we agreed on the 80%, he lied to my face when I called him out about it. I ended up selling to him because I didn't know better and believed his lie. Since then, I went to a wholesale gold buyer who not only offered me 90% of spot, he didn't skim or feed me the BS purity lie! FWIW I've filed ethics complaints with multiple agencies about Klein Jewelry based on my experience, and I recommend you stay away if you expect a fair transaction.
