Here is an update to my Texas Bullion Exchange review. When I purchased a gold portfolio from a 401K rollover last year, I was told by Texas Bullion Exchange how my money would grow and gold is at all time high and expected to continue growth with no end in sight. One year later, I've lost 1/3 of my investment and now I'm stuck with exorbitant account maintenance fees. These people are crooked. They will say what you want to hear to get their fees in hand. They seem racist, very rude and unprofessional. I brought in coins and gold and they wouldn't even look at it, tried to hand it to the guy he didn't even reach for it just glanced and said it's fake. Took my stuff to a pawn down the street and got good money for it. From what other commenters have said apparently this guy is a millionaire and doesn't need anyone's money. Called ahead of time to make sure they buy silver for melt. Showed up the next day and whoever was at the counter was very abrasive and assholish. Said he could only give me $500 for 15 morgans because his buyer had to much silver. I don't recommend this establishment. He also said he had 4 million dollars in his bank account and didn't need my business. read more

TBE listed the 2024 Silver Eagle Star Privy MS70 coin on their website. The picture on their website showed the coin with the EIGHTH ERA special label. I ordered 50 of them. It was a presale that took them about 2 months to get them. When they called me to tell me that they had gotten the coins back and were shipping my order I asked if he could send me a picture of the coin. The picture he sent was the correct coin but it had a generic NGC Blue label. I resell coins for a profit and this coin they wanted to send me is not even worth what I paid for them. The value in this particular coin is what label it has. They sold me the coin with the EIGHTH ERA label and tried to send me a generic way lesser value coin. When I complained Will tried to tell me that there was no guarantee of what label it woukd be. Had that been true I never would of purchased these coins. I listed the coin on Ebay WITH THE PICTURE THAT I GOT OFF OF THEIR WEBSITE and sold all 50 of them. I am now having to message all 50 of my customers and tell them that after 2 months I do not have and can not get what they ordered. I am sending refunds to all customers. This is costing me THOUSANDS of dollars not to mention all of the negative feedback I am receiving. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEXAS BULLION EXCHANGE! In my opinion I was completely misled and am now paying the price. Avoid this company!!! read more

I have been getting advertisements from the Texas Bullion Exchange on my phone. The advertisements take over the phone with video and sound, and happen at all hours. I haven't liked their page or contacted them prior. Yesterday I sent them a message: Please remove the obnoxious advertisements that show up on my phone day and night. They come on full volume at any time, sometimes waking me up, other times I am startled, thinking that someone has gotten into my house. These ads do you no favors, I would avoid your company at any cost. This was their response in which they called me uneducated, rude, negative, obnoxious, and not smart. I called them this morning and spoke to a manager who was not interested. At the end of the conversation I said that I would be contacting my investment manager and posting my experience to Facebook and told him to have a nice day: You can unfollow, unlike, hide our posts, or block our page anytime you would like to, we never made you like our page or follow us. I would like to apologize for your "inconvenience." Also advertisement is essential to the promotion of any company, you may not realize this and it's not your fault you are uneducated on the situation. ...but I find the fact you have nothing better to do with your life then leave rude/negative comments in our inbox because you aren't smart enough to click a button quite obnoxious.
