I paid for the Trout with a hand wax. Cost $100 total. The wheel wells were not clean. The step ups were not clean. There was wax still on areas of my white truck. I had wax running down the emblems on the front and the back - easily seen - but left. The bumpers were still laden with dirt and dust. The inside was vacuumed and left with the mats still dirty. Overall the service sucked. The guy did not even come out to go over my truck with me. My truck is 6 months old and has 7k miles on it. It's new and it is easy to see what a lousy job they did. I will not go back. My 10 year old grandson does a better job of helping me clean my truck. I'll give him $50 in the future for his half of the work. Do not go here for your car wash / Detail needs. I had the Redfish package, the worst $55 I've ever spent! I will never even consider going back. The pkg included door jams cleaned, whoops guess they forgot those, my running boards weren't clean, back gate was streaked, most all the chrome was streaked, on & on I could go. This pkg included a "better" inside cleaning, ha! Don't be fooled, interment panel, not clean, shift console not clean, even my back gate window was not completely clean!! Your better off running through a cheep gas station drive through car wash. I wish I could lean a zero star rating!! read more

Got my oil changed, brake pads replaced and car washed. Very thorough, excellent customer service, and really took their time to see what my car needed. Did not oversell me on anything. It took 2 hours to do a car inspection here. I was told 30-45 minutes. When I got my car back the stuff I had on my front passenger seat was tossed on the floor. Everyone was friendly but I would not recommend this place for state inspections. read more

Found out my car has "new Freon." Took my car to Jon and his team. They actually purchased the equipment needed to make my repairs. They were considerably less expensive than the other place I had look at it. Incredibly happy with the work they did and the cost for the repair. If you need an A/C diagnosis for a car using new Freon, this is the place to go. While it was there, had them do a Redfish car wash. With four boys on the move constantly, they did a great job with the mess they tackled. read more

Place is run much worse than when the previous owners had it - which wasn't Stellar either. 4 trips there (3 car washes, 1 inspection) 0 work completed. I'll give them a valid excuse for 1 trip as the had an air compressor problem. On other occasions I had an appointment to get a car wash and left my car for over an hour and they were never able to "get to it"....... Do not waste your time here if you want an inspection or repairs. Michael, the person who performed the inspection, lied about my vehicle having steering issues, lied about having a power steering fluid leak, lied about my vehicle having a braking issue, lied about my vehicle having serious issues with a critical steering part. He made all of these claims and said he wanted to help me by repairing all of these items for me. read more

I brought my truck in to have it washed. Watching out the window the truck left out of the wash with soap remaining on it! After about 30 minutes i was called it was ready. I walked outside to see the soap spots all over it. The door jams had not been wiped. The truck was filthy. I asked for the manager who was not concerned at all. What a joke of a car wash! I will never spend another dime here let alone $45. read more
