This little man is extremely hard to deal with! stay away!!!! He installed a stereo in my daughters vehicle, the speakers he replaced were very staticky due to no insulation on the wiring he connected to the power source. When i took it back, he denied all of it, This man can lie to you straight to your face without batting a eye! We took our 2018 car to be detailed - our daughter picked it up and brought it home that evening. We then realized they had POWER washed so hard that paint had come off the hood. I immediately called and took the car back up there and at first the owner claimed it was like that then he said we had "spray painted" over the paint chips and his cleaning had removed that - things got heated - he then threw the race card which I am just now learning is a standard thing for him. This company is horrible - he said "take me to court". Not worth the hassle but word of mouth works much better - never ever ever use this business. read more

A very sorry excuse for a $200 car "detail". When I got it home and began to put things back into the car I saw that the interior of the glove box and center console had not been touched. The only door sill that was sort of cleaned was the drivers door sill. The others were just as dirty as when I took it into his shop. The air conditioning louvers , still very dusty. Inside of windshield, worse than when I took it in and much of the interior still dirty. I could go on! When I called Charles he told me to bring it back in. From what I experienced I don't think they would ever be able to get the job done right. I will not go back to his shop for anything. A total rip-off. read more

Chula's offered a service called "Remove All Human Contact", supposedly an auto detailing job. They picked up my car, kept it for 8 hours, and when they did return it, no such job had been performed. They vacuumed the carpet and attempted to wipe the windows (left terrible streaks and fingerprints all over), and that was it. All of the cupholders & such "nooks and crannys" were still filthy, and the only evidence that any of the hard surfaces had been cleaned was water INSIDE of the CD-player display. Despite being told *specifically* by Charles (who calls himself the business owner) that they had cleaned the trunk, it was full of leaves and dirt and the spare tire was wet and filthy. I made the mistake of trusting that a "small business owner" in my former home town would be honest, and did not check all of this until after he left. When I visited his business the next day to ask for at least a partial refund, he made several racist remarks about me / my appearance and stated that *I* was scamming *him* by asking for a refund. The price was 160$ for a service named and explained to be "Remove All Human Contact". What I received was a carpet vacuuming and the worst attempt at window-cleaning I've ever seen. NEVER come to this business! I am astounded as to how this thief has managed to stay in business when he does such blatantly terrible work and uses such abusive language when confronted. Took my 2002 Lincoln LSE to have an original factory stereo installed. They did an excellent job! Quick service. Very friendly.

Sold and installed a JVC radio, he went to Wal Mart to get install kit. Charged me $290 for a radio that sold in Walmart for $99!

Extremely pleased with Chulas! Charles and Diane are great to work with. I took my Mazda Tribute (2007), in to get detailed, as I wanted to sell it. Charles asked me a few questions, and shared with me that they help people sell their vehicles quite often. He detailed it so well, I almost didn't want to get rid of it, (almost). After Diane put it on Craigslist, I had an offer the first day! I was extremely pleased with the offer I received and very surprised with how much it sold for. There was no way, I could have done this without their detailing and assistance. If you just need your vehicle cleaned and detailed, I would highly recommend Charles, he cares deeply about your vehicle and will bring it back to new. Very disappointed with a $100 auto detail job. The floorboards were not vacuumed and the dashboard, cup holders and doors were not wiped down. Apparently that costs an extra $49 plus tax. read more
