So be aware of this company as long as everything goes their way it's good. The moment you raise any concern, they tell you, you may not be a fit for them, when they tell you something needs to be replaced, you spent ample amount of money from the gecko a heater they installed has not worked properly. And they put in a product that went out of business, they told me that it's OK. It was before a certain date and they will still honor, and the company will still honor the warranty. They assured me they were not going anywhere. Now when it's time to open the pool and get things fixed, I have called for the last two weeks and I can't get a hold of anybody. I have left a message for Ryan and Trey, who are the owners and the assistant from the office, whom is their sister. Not one response I have kindly ask them to respond to me. No phone calls back. If you don't want to have to deal with a company that doesn't honor their word, nor their work, then stay away from this company

We were having our pool plastered the day we were leaving town so we were referred to SLC pool…read moreservice by Renu who plastered our pool. We talked with Trey Robinson over the phone who gave us a range of how much the pool startup service would be with chemicals and brushing. While we were on our trip, we were checking the cameras in our backyard and noticed that they were only brushing the pool once a day. When we questioned Trey about the service being done, instead of reassuring and explaining to us what they were doing his response was less than professional and short with us. Trey told us to look at the original quote which clearly shows what work would be done. The problem with that is we never received a quote from the Trey. When we asked for the quote to be sent and expressed our frustration with the response and that we wanted our pool brushed more often we were told because we weren't happy with their service that they were dropping us and leaving it up to our pool guy to take care of. Trey then sent an invoice which was high based upon other quotes we had received. We asked Trey to let us know the work that they had been done so far so we could pass it on to somebody else to finish the job, he told us no information would be given until we paid our invoice. The problem with that is the invoice went up $300 after we asked him for what work had been done so far. Trey told us they fit us in and because they were busy they actually were doing us a favor even taking our job on. Trey never provided a quote up front or after we requested to see it. We feel Trey misrepresented the work they would do, and the whole sales pitch we received over the phone seems dishonest to us. Our experience is opposite then what is stated on their website! Trey has an ego and when questioned is very unprofessional in his response. We have never left a negative review for any company, but this has been a bad experience and we cannot recommend this company based on everything that has happened the last few days working with Trey.
