Andrea decided the first day we spoke that I as a single mother would not be leasing a home, she made disparaging comments about me being the only one on the application and blamed decisions she made on John when questioned and refused to answer simple questions regarding the leasing criteria and denied my application. It seems she has no oversight on approvals and denials and it is all decided at her bias. John played completely clueless and neither of them responded to my questions. This is my second time working with this company and I do not advise it.i have heard that even the homeowners as well as residents renting from them have a very difficult time getting ahold of anyone... Update: As of this morning 10/22/25 immediately after my public review I have received a private response that is still wildly inaccurate and lacking proper documentation. The also will insist on putting electronic locks on the doors that anyone with access to their system can open and they will refuse to provide details about how this data is protected and stored. Very shady company and their employees will try to bully you into submission. They do not have a direct line to call and the robotic answering machine is incredibly frustrating. I also think it's important to consider how their rating on Google is solely due to landlords reviewing how much they love their management. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Specifically, I was told by Ryanne Morgan who was the property manager for our Condo that she had better things to do than answer any questions that I had when I asked her why she didn't return my call for over a week. This was during a very suspicious period when they were "managing" the insurance claim process for a fire in one of the buildings that unfortunately was underinsured and none of the residents were made aware of this fact. In other words, residents were not informed of the gap in the insurance which cost each resident over $6,000 for a loss assessment. Amazingly they were compensated approximately $250,000 for managing the insurance claim process.

We were very skeptical about listing the home because we hadn't lived there but a few years, and were unsure of how we would fare financially. We called Team Synergi out to discuss our options. Jen came out and went over her marketing plan and pricing strategy to sell the home quickly and for top dollar. Boy was she on target. We went forward and listed the home and no sooner than a week later did we have multiple offers on the house. Ultimately, we were able to negotiate a deal for more than our listing price! They will put anybody else in a unit before a person with a voucher and blame the long section 8 process for being the reason you were not chosen for a unit of choice please save yourself the headache. I will be reporting this company further. Just trying to save others from application fees and animals fee which you pay upfront before even getting a unit. Not all people that get help are bad we work hard too.

I went to their office and was able to catch an actual live human to go with me to take a tour of one of the homes. I scheduled a time with her to tour another home when my partner was in town so we could both see a house and make a decision. My partner took time off from work that date and we arrived at the scheduled time and ................. the agent never showed up. Ok, maybe it slipped her mind, we all make mistakes. We called her and the agency. No answer. We tried again later. Still no answer. We really still wanted to see homes on the inside. The previous tenant happened to still be at the first address and he allowed us to walk through. It's sort of weird that none of the houses they offered were in move-in condition or cleaned and you just sort of have to take the agency at their word that they'll fix everything before you move in. Anyways, we NEVER got a call back (it's been several weeks and we definitely left messages that day). I'm not sure if they/the agent was just embarrassed about the goof up but at least call, apologize and see what else can be done. Super strange because we filled out applications and were definitely interested. I don't know what happened but it made me wary because if we ever had a problem with a home we rented from them I no longer had confidence that they would be readily available like they had claimed. Really weird, maybe look elseware because something is off here.
