Let's start with the good the guests did not have any complaints about the parking service and everyone was able to arrive on time and retrieve their cars so that was really nice. Moving onto the bad, PVP employees throughout the night requested to speak with us about payment (which we did during an important time, our sunset photos and one of employees said no worries everything is good) and and then they continued bothering and asking our guest who's going to pay us multiple times even though they had already been paid in full over Zelle the day prior to the wedding this looked really bad for both us as the wedding host as well as PVP manager who apparently doesn't communicate with his employees about payment status. This was honestly quite embarrassing and something we shouldn't be worrying about on the day of and this is the reason they receive the three stars instead of five stars. Because of this experience, I would not ever hire them again, but they were our only choice per venue guidelines. read more

I would stay away from this company because if one of their drivers is inside the drivers seat and causes damage to your vehicle they won't take responsibility. Don't put yourself in that situation, read the ticket and if you see their logo just park the vehicle yourself. If you see a red shirt ask which company they work for because if it's "Preferred Valet Parking" stay away and protect your car. Just think if you hire them and one person in your group has issues and Preferred Valet Parking doesn't take responsibility how does that make you look? Are you going to pay for their repairs? Hired them for my wedding this past October 2021. We decided to host it at my parents' back yard and it was 100 guests. The one issue as with most back yard weddings was PARKING. Hiring Preferred Valet was THE BEST decision we could have made. The issue was just gone and it became a perfect wedding venue! Zero deposit down, which I thought was strange... but they were punctual, Jeremiah called a few days prior to confirm/verify details, and they were NOTHING BUT 10/10 in service, professionalism, and customer service from booking to day of. They also graciously agreed to stay 30 min extra day of when we decided to keep the party going for a bit. I was so shocked by how professional/smooth the whole set up looked/flowed. Some people were confused and thought my reception location was a venue and not my parent's home lol. Just WOW you guys. They are also fully insured for everyone's peace of mind. Would 100% recommend! and it ended up being cheaper than hiring a shuttle service for guests... older guests could also leave at any time since they didn't have to depend on a shuttle. Thank you! I attended an event last night and Preferred Valet Parking really came through for me. When I came back to pick up my car I was told that it wouldn't start, so of course, I started to panic. The team and manager helped me relax and took care of everything for me to make sure I was able to get home. I was picked up, driven to my car, and they assisted me with jump-starting it with their own vehicles. I felt well taken care of and that they cared about my well-being and safety. It's rare to have a company go above and beyond like that, and I was very impressed. After my car started and I was safe to drive home, they gave me recommendations to have my car battery checked and even took the time to open my door for me and close it before I drove off. I hired Preferred Valet Parking for a private event in San Diego. I had a great experience with Preferred Valet from initial request, to getting a quote to completion of service. The President Nick Bernal and VP of Operations Tim Davis was both quick to respond to my request. We had a call to go over details and they followed up promptly with any questions or concerns I had, which made me feel secure about them before the event even started. The event location was a mansion on the top of a long drive way, and we expected about 40 cars. It was pour raining the day of the event but the team lead Josh was super friendly, positive and the entire team was professional and timely. On the way down the long driveway to put up new balloons (the first batch had deflated) Josh happily offered to do this for us, saving us a trip in the rain. What a great guy! There was one small bumper accident with one car due to a mud-slide cause by the rain, but the team handled this so well. They had the proper insurance papers in place, Josh came to me to let me know what had happened and talked to the car-owner. They followed up with me on email regarding the plan to fix the "cosmetic" damage of the car and assured me that the car-owner was taken care of. I'm very satisfied with Preferred Valet. They provided a great service with a smile, they were so easy to work with and I highly recommend them. read more

He helped troubleshoot with me because the valets had to drive the cars too far to walk back from parking And we ended up using the van to follow and get the valets back. Contract was competitive, and the communication was straightforward and painless. Three attendants for five hours at a very reasonable rate. Our event was last Saturday night (12/16). The valet captain even called me a couple days before to confirm details. He and his crew (Dustin, Stephen, and Joe) showed up on time, and went right to work. No problems the entire night. Our office had an open house event last night in our new offices in little Italy. We contacted a few valet services and one of the other services said the job was too hard to take on and declined. We had over 100 people attend our party and Preferred performed flawlessly and helped make the night a huge success. Not only did it provide a huge convenience for guests, but it was an incredible first impression. All 3 valets were professional and showed up early. I was really stressed about how many people were coming and how they were going to make it work. One of the valets looked at me with confidence and told me not to worry that they had it all taken care of. I thought to myself, yeah buddy, good luck, we have like 50-70 cars coming in the heart of little Italy.. That's a recipe for disaster. And... He was right, they did make it work, flawlessly.
