I used them for my wedding and I should of used the company they told me not too. I'll never use them again. Understaffed and not prepared. Had to use their pick up truck to get my guest up the Update: I did not confirm that you were not the company. I haven't talked to anyone from your company since the event. Please don't lie. You keep messaging asking me to take down my review and I refuse to bc this is true. So please top saying you've spoken to me and I have not spoken with you at all!

My valet ticket before my vehicle was damaged after the valet attendant told me he'll take of my car.

TLDR - Would never use this service again. Ever…read more SD Airport Terminal 1 parking lot is closed due to construction and we're all forced to park at the Terminal 2 parking lot. It was all full and needed to catch my flight so I was forced to use the Valet service for $60. That's fine, just $20 more than what I usually pay for day parking. Drop off was fine and easy, but the pick up was horrible. I texted the number, and was given a text that my car would be ready in 15 min. Waited over 30min to get my car. There were customers who landed after me who got their car before me. So I asked for a status update and the guy nonchalantly goes, "oh yeah, you have been waiting." No sense of urgency for his business. I finally get my car and I look over at my passenger seat and I see that my microfiber towel I use to clean my glasses is out of my center console. I open my center console and it's been rummaged through! I have some petty cash in there for emergencies and luckily whoever rummaged through it didn't find it. I will never use this service again ever. My car has been safer overnight on the streets of San Francisco. My advice to you is, if you absolutely have to use this valet service, which is totally possible until Terminal 1 construction is complete, practice patience and potentially be okay with having your car rummaged through by complete strangers. Also, they messed with my car settings. Not sure what that's all about, but try your absolute best not to use this service.

This was regarding Ace parking valet near Seaport Village. We came on a Saturday and could not find a single parking spot even in paid parking so we resorted to the valet. It was about 15 bucks for 2 hours, not terrible but obviously still pricey. Thats fine though as long as its good service. Well it was far from that. Drop off was ok, they didn't say much just took our keys. Upon pickup, we requested our car as we were walking back to the valet, about 3 to 4 mins away. When we got there our car was already there waiting and you could clearly see the agitation on the driver's face for having to wait 1 maybe 2 minutes most. He didn't even say anything to me, I never used this one before so I asked if he needed my ticket or how does it work. He was SO rude to me, clearly angry for who knows what reason, and just snapped at me saying "did you pay or not!? Or go pay at the desk!!" I went to pay at the desk and he just left. The guy at the desk didnt even say hi, just asked rudely how much I want to tip my driver. Are you kidding me? I told him I'm always happy to tip when the service is good but the driver seemed very angry and was very rude to us. He just looked at me, tossed my card and keys at me and that was it. Thats all they said to me the whole time. I left our nice afternoon with the worst feeling in my stomach with how awful they talked to me. I would never use this place again nor would I ever recommend it. I don't know why people think being rude gets you anywhere, I was super kind to them and did not deserve that treatment. They have such an opportunity to get good tips and treat people with kindness but I think their management really needs to go undercover and see how their staff is treating people. Such a bad experience.

TL;DR: Don't waste your time or money…read more Wish I read some of the reviews before booking here. Paid $23 for basically 2 days. Lot was almost full so my car wasn't under cover - not a huge deal for my short stay but not ideal. Shuttle to the airport was prompt but not the cleanest. Getting back on the shuttle from the airport is another story. It's on call, so you call them from the van pick-up area. Took about 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. This place isn't far from the airport and only took ~5 minutes so in my mind there's no reason it should take this long. Facility itself is alright. Driver was kind enough to drive us up to our cars instead of making us take the stairs since the elevator is broken. Bathroom feels like the backrooms but at least they have one. The worst part about this place is the overstay fee. My flight got delayed over 2 hours so I ended up being about 2 hours past my pick-up time. Like the other reviews said, it's $20 if you overstay. I basically paid double for something out of my control. That fee is absolutely exorbitant and is the main reason I would not choose to stay here again. Luckily, everyone I talked to was nice so no complaints on customer service. But if I knew I was going to be paying basically double to park, I would've parked somewhere with better shuttle times and covered parking.

Really, truly, awful service and aggressive, rude, and "stand-off-ish" employees. The covered parking is all occupied with long term parking customers so there is only parking available (uncovered) on the 6th floor. The elevator was "not working" when we departed...The elevator was "not quite fixed yet" when we returned a week later. So you are forced to run down six flights of stairs to catch the shuttle to the Airport; and upon return you are faced with climbing six flights of stairs to retrieve your automobile (not a welcome addition to already stressful travel plans) A terrible experience regardless of the price (or how it compares to pricing of competitor's businesses). Horrible to treat customers that way at any price..... I wonder if future reviews will have the same issues, as it seems to be consistent complaints.

I have flown out of the Tijuana airport a few times in my life, the most recent time being last…read moreweek. It was the first time I went to that airport since CBX had been constructed. Hubby and I were headed to Puerto Escondido, which is very expensive and very time-consuming to fly to from the airport in San Diego. However, flight prices and times were much more reasonable from Tijuana. Thanks to CBX, we didn't need to find anyone to cross the border and drive us directly to the airport, especially as our flight departed at 5:40 AM. It was nice to have an easy drop off on this side of the border. Anyway, we were dropped off on the US side, and had pre-purchased CBX tickets online for $50 per person, round trip. I felt that the price was very fair for the staffing and amenities along the way. We had already reserved a rideshare to drive us to CBX, but I saw the secure parking lots and realized that parking there is also a valid, safe option. It appeared that some of the secured parking cost about $30 per day, making it a good option depending how may days you would like to park your car. Anyway, when we entered, there were people guiding us, as it wasn't too crowded at that early hour. You scan your CBX ticket, your boarding pass, and your passport. Then you are able to walk through the barriers. There are escalators and elevators to get to the bridge, and signs stating that there is assistance available for people with disabilities. The bridge was clean and air-conditioned. We walked through customs just prior to entering the Tijuana airport. When I had learned about CBX, I was reluctant. A friend of mine told me that she had walked much further in various airports. It is true. The walk is short and easy Upon coming back to the states, we learned that there were several taco and other food trucks on the US side of CBX, as well as Starbucks and a well-known mall pretzel company. All in all, I am grateful to have a way to access the TJ airoprt in a very easy and affordable way. I plan to continue to use CBX for more affordable flights south of the border.

I used CBX to fly from TIJ to San Miguel Allende 10 years ago, and recently to Cancun. Both times were uneventful, exactly how I like my airport experiences to be. Purchase your CBX pass and parking ahead of time. Parking is priced cheapest in the dirt lot and most expensive in the covered/paved lot. I prefer the Goldilocks of uncovered paved in Lot A up front. Upon arrival, scan your CBX ticket and boarding pass (you can link them and just scan boarding pass as well, but don't need to). Same on the way back.
