They eased my mind by providing the needed information and resources for me and my first time pregnancy. I also was blessed to be able to have my ultrasound done the same day. (I was assured that I could come back for an ultrasound if I wasn't able to have one the day of my initial visit.) I cried happy tears when Youmbi started my ultrasound! The staff in person and on the phone are rude and disgusting with no empathy whatsoever for what people are going through . At this particular location no one is on the same page. I was told to bring what I have at to receive my procedure ( I brought $80 ) went to my first appointment and I was too early to the medical procedure, before leaving I asked if I would have to pay anything else returning for my second appointment and I was told no . I came back for a second appointment , got there at 10:30 and went through whole LONG process and was about to leave around 1 pm when I was stopped right before I got the pill and told her that I had to pay a remaining balance of over $300+ . Not one person informed me that I would have to be paying a remaining balance. I was informed that I should've been told about said remaining balance with a phone call before the Second appointment or when I signed my paperwork for my second appointment ( wasn't told till the end of the appointment) . The lady at the front gave me a number to call to try to receive financial assistance and by the time I called them, they were closed. The lady at front named Elizabeth then called somebody and proceeded to tell me that whatever I have to give them ( money wise ) they'll take and they'll give me the pill ...in all this place seems like a cash grab. If this place was organized and actually cared about there patients maybe I would've received that financial help around 10:30 when I first showed up . Upon showing my frustration for them, not doing their job correctly and not having any communication amongst others expressed explicit words on the phone to my significant other expressing how I felt about the situation. I never called anybody out their name, but I did express that I was frustrated. I was even more frustrated that I did not receive one apology, the front lady gave me nothing but a attitude after I expressed that this whole situation is ridiculous and that they were in the wrong. I then expressed to a lady at the front that if I knew I had a remaining balance to pay or if I even knew that it was that much in the first place I would've went somewhere else. I got told that "that's what I should've done" and I got refused the services from that point . With the laws of Georgia, I was about five weeks and soon to detect the heartbeat and they showed no care in the world to help me . This situation is already tough enough, and I had a horrible experience over there...you wanna be treated with care and kindness when you're terminating a life & from the first appointment everybody behind the counter who worked there looks miserable, like they hated their job . I was told that I can call and get a refund so I did that on same day ( May 23rd ) , someone took my address so I could be sent a check via mail and I just tried to call today (June, 4 2025) and they told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund because whatever I paid for was for the ultrasound and the visit in general . Whoever I spoke to on the phone today about my refund was probably the same lady at the front desk . She didn't even let me finish my complaint or what i was saying in general and she interrupted me to tell me that I wasn't eligible for the refund and that they don't know why they would write me down for a refund in the first place. And then proceeded to hang up on me once I told them that I was gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau ?? Once again, no one is on the same page at this office. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME AND DON'T GO HERE. On top of them being unprofessional it looks like a chop shop inside. Plan parenthood is cleaner nicer & they actually accommodate people to who need financial assistance Unlike this unethical establishment they want to call a " Woman's Health Clinic ". I've been a patient at this office for the past 3 years, and unfortunately, my experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating and disappointing. Throughout my time here, I've been given conflicting diagnoses by different doctors, with little to no clear communication or coordination between them. Instead of feeling supported, I've felt like I've been sent in circles without real answers or a consistent treatment plan. I was also prescribed medications that I clearly expressed concerns about due to potential side effects, yet those concerns were not properly addressed. On top of that, I've been required to pay for multiple appointments just to obtain paperwork that should have been provided alongside my diagnosis. I've also paid for additional visits under the expectation of receiving treatment, medication, and documentation--none of which have been delivered. While the nurses have been kind and professional, it does not make up for the overall experience. The lack of follow-through, communication, and care has caused unnecessary mental, physical, and financial stress. I have been waiting for months for medication that was promised for a condition that significantly impacts my quality of life. My emails, portal messages, and calls have gone unanswered. At this point, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable or consistent care.

Which means they have to send over records and their doctors at midtown have to approve it before u can make any appointments it's just a HUGE inconvenience to everything that I have going on and I think it's just unprofessional how nobody notified me about anything that's taken place it's ridiculous
