The lead installer was pretty rude and the seams are horrible. Every seam is visible from a cross the room. My last carpet you could not see a single seam anywhere. I have reached out several time to have it fixed with no luck. They are unresponsive, won't return calls and when I go in they tell me they will have someone contact me which never happens. It's not been a good experience.

We figured it was worth shopping around, and we are glad we did, as we had no idea what carpet and installation costs these days, and for a very similar product and pad, AAA Sales was able to reduce our cost by nearly half the price!! The installers were professional and quick, and the carpet looks and feels great. Darryll at the store did not waste any time showing us a million samples. He just steered us in the right direction after we told him what we were looking to do. Great small company. As mentioned in other posts here, the "showroom" is anything but, but that is where they are able to save you money, and the product is great. Highly recommend.

From the beginning, it didn't look quite right, but we gave it time, hoping it would settle or improve. Unfortunately, the issues only worsened. When we raised our concerns, we were told the issues were outside their control -- which differs from what we've heard from other independent professionals. We felt the communication could have been more constructive and at times came across as dismissive. After several conversations, Mitten offered to replace only certain sections and tint the rest. From what we've learned, tinting is often seen as more of a cosmetic fix than a long-term solution. It may not match the look of a properly poured driveway and could require ongoing maintenance -- not what we expected in a brand-new home. The worker will come one day and the job left unfinished for another couple days without any communication. - When we contacted G for updates, he gave many excuse, instead give us clear answers about the schedule - The quality of the work was inconsistent. One room would look great, while another had noticeable gaps and unfinished details. (We had to hire another company to redo that part.) - Make sure to get everything in writing before the project starts.
