After moving my children to another daycare, it has truly showed that the experience here was unacceptable. Speaking from my own personal experience, my child was removed from the daycare more than once. It was said that my child needed therapy. My child has been in a new daycare, where they prioritize development and I have had no issues. No outbreaks, no acting out, nothing. My child is applauded for his behavior as well as his performance. I say that to say, this daycare is simply just that, a place to leave your kids for the day while they watch Coco melon and Gracie corner from sunup to sundown. No stimulation is offered at this location. No structure is offered here. This business is falsely advertising the services they offer, and I will continue to voice this until a change is made. Children deserve more. This is no place for the developing mind. My children were often picked up from school crying, everyday. The solution given to me was the fact that it is just my kids. She was also yelled at very aggressively by a grown man, the teacher assistant Mr.Joey on her second day, mind you she was 3 going on 4 at the time and it was her first time being away from her parents, HE needs to be fired and investigated because he's a very aggressive person, i witnessed him yelling at kids and I also saw him on the cameras pulling kids by the arm he should NOT be around kids, I let this incident go and try to give the school a second change, but things got worst, they change teachers about 3 times or more, there's no structure, the kids are out of control, there's VERY poor sanitation, expect your kid to be sick on the daily basis, because THEY DO NOT CARE TO KEEP A CLEAN SANITIZE AREA for the kids. NOW, the school director Amber Wussow DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, she's very under qualify, all of our incidents were reported to her (which I hope she still have them on file) And she was no help, the most we got from her was a "Sorry". I truly hope someone higher up reads this and does something about the school and the school staff. It's very sad that parents are leaving their kids in the hand of people that's not qualified enough to be around children. They couldn't make time for all the kids and most of the times half of the kids were crying and the teachers were busy with the other ones. There are other staff coming into the room regularly that I specifically didn't like specially in this Covid situation (one of them walked into the room with shoes on and mask under her nose!).
