Professional Service!!!! Kudos to Premier Airport Service. This company is the most professional business I have had in a long time. I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. Will never use them again. Instructions were easy to use to get to their check in desk but there was no-one there. We were told to sit and wait for our driver. Their electronic board showed our name, pick up time and driver name but driver was not showing on any of the vans on the map. Pick up time came and went and no driver. Called the company and were told they would call us back. They did and told us a didfeeent driver would come. That driver never came and his van showed leaving the airport. our name dropped off the board too so called again and were told we had been picked up. We assured them we had not. Reassigned us to yet another driver who did not show. Called again and were told another driver would come and was 10 mins out. It was more like 20 but actually got picked up by the slowest driver ever. 1-1/2 hours after our original pick up time we were finally at our hotel. read more

Premier Shuttle Service - Be prepared to wait long periods of time for your shuttle to pick you up if you have booked this service. I booked this shuttle service for 20 people months in advance. On arrival we landed early and had to wait over an hour which we understood and remained patient since we were early due to the airline moving our flight of 20 people to an earlier departure time. Upon return of our cruise we had a scheduled time for pick up at 9:30am to get to the airport for our flights. When we're got to the pick up spot there were 2 vans there. The 1st van took 5 people and left. The 2nd van took half our party and was sent on. The other half sat and waited ....at 1st it was told to us there was a 10 min wait and then 20 another min wait and finally after an hour of waiting I got a manager on the phone who was completely rude. I asked what the hold up was and explained that we booked this service in February for a June pickup....his response to me was "then you should have traveled in February" I do not recommend using this company. After waiting an hour and a half another shuttle showed up for a party of 3 (not for us) who was also going to the airport so we jumped in with them because we did not have a time which our van would arrive. We are a girl scout troop that took the girls to Alaska so there was a lot of planning involved. I thought that this company would be a good fit but most definitely was not. read more

As long-time customers, we've always loved Premier and have had nothing but great experiences over the years. What happened yesterday with Charlie was truly just a one-off bad situation -- an isolated incident that doesn't reflect the company we've known and trusted for so long. After our experience, John personally followed up on the investigation. Tonight he called us back to let them know they've completed their review, taken appropriate sanctions against the employee, and are truly sorry for how we were treated. I have used Premier for the last 3 years for all my trips to and from the airport. They have always been on time. This last trip Oct. 12th, 2025, during the government shutdown and lots of flights being late or cancelled, my flight had to sit on the runway for an hour and my driver, (Yuri) was so nice to wait for me. I have always had very nice and respectful drivers and have always been motivated to tip them well. Especially this last time, with Yuri having to wait an hour. The only thing is prices have doubled in the last year, but so has everything else so it is not a complaint just a frustration. I highly recommend this company for rides to and from SeaTac. read more

Would not recommend this service as the customer service and policies are fairly dicey. We booked the shuttle from our house to the airport which worked out ok (there was a second pick-up but that is part of the deal) so you do have to account for additional travel time to the airport plus the shuttle can only be set for specific times. Basically adds 30-45 minutes to the commute. But that is not the reason for the poor review. We also booked the shuttle on the return i.e. airport to home. Now this is where the experience gets really poor. 1. Once you get out of the airport, you have to go to the shuttle dispatcher to get in line for the next "available" shuttle. In our case the next available shuttle was 1.5 hours later. We had just gotten off after 25 hours of International travel from India and waiting another 1.5 hours was just painful. 2. I called up the customer service and asked them if we could cancel. We were told that that we can and that while there will not be a cash refund, we will get a credit towards a future booking. Fair enough, BUT... 3. I called up a few months later to "redeem" the credit. After 3 different calls, the rep tells me that credit is only eligible if you cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Here is the kicker: She tells me that she is sorry that the previous representative gave us incorrect information and that they are no longer in service with the company. This was for a trip for our group of 15 in 2 vans from the Pier 91 Seattle cruise port to SEA-TAC airport. Drivers were great, once they finally arrived. When we booked, we were told to just call and the vans would be right there, in a constant rotation between the port and airport. It took over 45 minutes for the 2 vans to arrive, which left my group standing out waiting, including my walker-dependent father. We were one of the last groups of people still waiting at the port when we finally got picked up as even the taxi line had died down by then. May have been a fluke on this particular day, but seems like they did not have the number of vans available to provide the level of service they had advertised to us. read more

Booked booster seat for my son, driver was showing up late with no booster seat... bad bad bad

I personally had a great experience with Premier Airport Shuttle when I took them for the first time a few months ago. I was able to make my reservation online and received reminder texts both before the van picked me up at my house and upon my touch down at the airport (with information on how to locate their pickup desk). The van arrived a few minutes at my home very early in the morning and the driver was even a few minutes early. The drive to the airport was comfortable and I made it to my flight with plenty of time. After flying back into Seattle airport, I was able to find their pickup desk in the parking structure (thanks to their texted directions that I received upon touchdown). I was a few minutes early but the driver was able to assist myself and my senior parents very quickly. I wish I'd gotten the driver's name as he was very friendly and personable. Today, I had to call their office to make changes to several existing reservations and Justin picked up right away. Both Justin and his supervisor Robinson were helpful and friendly as were able to assist me with my inquiries. I even got my updated reservation email while I was still on the phone. I've been very happy with my experience with Premier so far and plan to use them again in the future. read more

Booked their service on 10/22/2024 for my 11/7/2024 return trip, cancelled it on 11/2/2024. Received an email which confirmed my cancellation. The whole trip was charged on 10/22/2024 but was never refunded. Call their customer service, she confirmed my cancellation but refused to refund, only credit. Refused to accept the offer, then she offered 70% refund. There is no mention on refund policy when I booked. And the cancellation letter didn't mention it also, see the attached picture. Would leave a zero if we could. They called the day before, asking if we could delay our pick up time for 30 minutes, assuring that we'd get to the airport in time. We said yes. Driver was then another 20 minutes late (50 minutes after the originally-scheduled pick up time). He said he was late because of traffic. We're talking Seattle - of course traffic is ALWAYS crazy on weekday mornings. Then we were told that the driver needed to pick up one more passenger - about 45 minutes away from our home. We explained to the driver that if he picked up that passenger that we would miss our flight, as would the other passenger currently in the shuttle. He called dispatch, who basically said he didn't care if we would miss our flight, that the driver was to go to that third pickup location 45 minutes away. We had the driver pull over to the side of the road, we got out, and we scheduled an Uber, which was there in two minutes. We barely got to the airport on time, but did make our flights. Will NEVER use this service again. read more
