We used Kamo Limo this week for round-trip transfers from Mill Creek to Pier 66 (cruise terminal) in downtown Seattle. I asked several companies for quotes and Kamo gave a great price for six adults and lots of luggage. Sam is very responsive and helpful. Our driver today was Stanley and he was professional, on time, a safe driver, very good at communicating and just an all-around nice guy. Stanley NG was our driver for 6 hours on the 11/14 really as a "tour" guide, not just a fantastic limo driver. He was spectacular and fun as we went about everywhere we wanted to go in the area that we hadn't visited before. He was challenged to take our general list of places in and around Seattle and go for it. We were in town for a football game so we even took a drive through Wash U's campus which was beautiful. He go wherever we wanted to go. It rained the whole day but we charged ahead anyway. Stanley has lived in Seattle for 22 years but also in New York City. He was a professional photographer for Atlantic monthly. Sort of an artsy guy with two grown daughters...graduates of Wash U. The car was luxury, comfortable and spotless for the two of us. I booked about 3 months in advance for transportation to The Weeknd concert at Lumen Field as an 18th birthday gift for my twins. 4 teenagers in total. Response time, communication, and the rate quoted exceeded my expectations. On the day of the event the driver, Aleksander, arrived 5 min early in a beautiful black SUV. He was wearing a nice suit and an ear piece looking totally Vegas and opened the car doors for the kids. He made them feel like they were getting a luxury service and that was the goal. According to the kids he was "chill af" and "so cool." Haha. Drop off and pick up at the stadium went very smooth and the kids made it home safe. I liked this limo service overall. They were on time and for the most part, professional. I only had an issue with the driver that took us to the airport, in that he talked about politics, which I think is probably best kept to oneself during things like this, and he kept turning his head to look at us in the back seat while he was talking, which is an extremely dangerous habit IMHO. Otherwise he was funny and personable and he got us to our destination in plenty of time. The driver that picked us up at the airport was the first driver's polar opposite: quiet and concentrating on his driving, which was fine with me! :D I could see using this service again. I had an amazing experience with Kamo limo! We had a 6:30 am departure and I was traveling with my 2 year old. I was nervous about dealing with parking or installing a car seat in a ride share so I did a search and found Kamo! I had an amazing experience - beautiful, comfortable vehicles with the right car seat properly installed, professional drivers that showed up early, called/texted when on their way, came to the door to get our bags (and carried them to the door upon our return) which was like 11 pm - so this was extra appreciated with a tired toddler. They can also pick you up right at baggage claim vs having to trek to the ride share area. It costs a bit more than a ride share or parking at the airport, but worth every penny for the ease, extra help, and efficiency of the process. I will be using them for all of our travel in the future! read more

I've used Kamo Limo on 4 separate occasions on my 12 day stay in Seattle and their service and the fleet of vehicles they have are second to none. From the initial inquiry for a price quote, they were quick to respond and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I must have caught them on a very bad day because the 5 star reviews seen here are nothing like what I experienced. Lack of communication from our driver resulted in an unnecessarily irritating and time consuming hoo ha for four travelers who wanted an easy and quick transfer from the airport. His apologies were insincere at best since he seemed amused by the whole thing. And our return to the airport, in a luxury SUV from a different company, was half the price as Kamo.
