But the person who did the actual tint didn't do it up to par. I don't like causing problems but when it's about things that I'm paying for , it's serious. I did not receive quality service or the service I asked for and I provided evidence. In the Agreement for tinting it never said no refunds, and I have the receipt. When I First got the window tinted he said it looks foggy and it will clear up, I waited a couple days and it looked horrible still. I asked if I can come in to redo them or I would want my money back and then he said he can't refund but he'll try to do it again, and it's not his fault if tint doesn't come out perfect, so then I said I'll wash the car or anything to make sure we get the best results. I showed up the next day and my appointment got cancelled 3 mins before my appointment at 8 am and it was very unprofessional. I came in the next day and wasn't greeted or anything, I felt rude energy and God knows I'm a man of good and don't let people energy affect me. When my tinting was redone he didn't show me the work, he just gave me the key and told me the car was outside and basically blocked me out from checking the vehicle and saying another complaint. So this time instead of going to them I took it to Capital One because that is unfair. Now I Have to pay someone else to redo them and remove the tint they installed because It was cheap quality. They even tried to reach out personally and kept calling my phone unprofessionally when they needed to call through the company phone number. They took my phone number from signed paper work and used it and that is illegal.

he was very nice and punctual he was professional....ish . i requested a full interior and shampoo…read moreof the carpets and the back seats due to an unfortunate puke fest i cleaned up the best i could at 2am . all i can say is i got what i payed for i was quoted 80 which is really good pricing. but he said he didn't need to shampoo the carpet (then quoted 70) because the smell was gone which is what i wanted except i can see the outline of puke i missed on the side of the middle console. whatever i can get it since he didn't shampoo. he asked me if i wanted the back seats shampooed i said yes please and later on he tells me he's done and says he didn't need to do the back seats because a stain remover worked.... sir you asked me if i wanted them done i said yes and now it's not needed? in the middle console my usb/ aux port likes to come out of the housing if pulled not a big deal didn't think to say anything about it since the middle would've just needed a wipe down. i get into the car after he left and the cover was pulled down so i opened it and its yanked out with the plastic housing pulled off of it too. i literally had to replug in the wires. i wish he would've said something it wouldn't have been a big deal but the fact that he tried to cover it up left a bad taste in my mouth. overall basically car wash level detailing, he's a sweet kid he just needs a lot more practice and more equipment than a shock vac and interior spray. update: i'm giving two stars because i was out in my car taking pictures and looks under the seat covers that weren't removed i didn't mention anything about so whatever but the physical cushion of the passenger seat was unhooked/ unclipped?? like i could see the metal frame of the seat. i tried to be as nice as possible but for doing this for almost 2 years? i think by that point you know how not to rip the cushion off the literal passenger seat frame

From start to finish, the team did an outstanding job and truly brought my car back to like-new condition. The interior was transformed: they performed a full leather cleaning treatment, steamed cleaned everything, shampooed and extracted the carpets and seats (including excellent stain removal), cleaned all the vents, cup holders, mirrors, and windows, and even added a fresh scent. The dash, console, plastics, and trim all look shiny and protected with UV treatment. It feels brand new inside. On the exterior, they did a thorough job with a foam-cannon pre-soak, two-bucket scratch-free wash, bug removal, wheel-and-rim cleaning, clay bar treatment, paint protectant, protective wax, and tire dressing. He showed up on time and had all of the equipment you would expect a detailer to have. He spent about an hour on my wife's car and did a decent job. There were a lot of spots that got missed and the car smelled a bit off afterwards. He came back and got the missed spots I'd found. I found more later but didn't want to bother asking him to come out again. I wouldn't use him again just because there are many options in the area for detailing.
