The only reason I picked Briggs to repair my car is I know the owners Chad and Brad. So it started…read moreoff good they were ahead of schedule and I was going to get my car back early. The day I was supposed to get my car back I received a message that they needed more time. That's understandable. My car was supposed to be ready on 5/31, 6/5, 6/10. I picked up on 6/10, gave it a once over it was like 90 degrees out I pointed out some things that weren't fixed or replaced. For instance my rain guards, I pointed out they were cracked and the guy argued with me and said they were like that already. I then showed them the photo I took of my car after the accident and the rain guards weren't cracked. They cracked them when they removed them. So I get driving down the road and my car is rattling like the tires aren't balanced the alignment is off like bad. I then get home and start looked at the work order and start looking at my car with a fine tooth comb. They didn't look my car over to make sure everything was done. My door wasn't aligned correctly, the roof liner wasn't installed right, the roof liner had lots of grease marks, my hatch was rattling, the weather stripping on my doors was ripped. The Wheel wasn't replaced. It still had a chunk missing from it. So in going back in fourth with the Manger Mark, I agreed to let him pick my car up and take it to service one day. Well we did this 3 more times. Mark said it was taken to the tire shop to align my car and balance the tires. To this day my front wheel makes all sorts of noise. I asked the guys if it was done and they said yes and come to find out from Mark it was never done so they lied. Oh in order for my car to be fixed for the third time I had to argue with mark to get me a rental car. He refused until they started work on it, then he decided he needed to get me in a rental. Oh and I went over my rental car allotment so I'm still dealing with that they got an invoice from enterprise in Belmont and they turned it down. Did they once think to contact me about it ? No and neither did the enterprise rental car in Belmont. It's now September, I just received a collections email for the rental car. While I'm at it National General is the worst insurance company to work with down to the adjusters. They did fix most of the issues but it only took them 3 months. I dropped off my car on 4/30/2024 and received it on 7/1/2024 after all of the back and fourth. This should have never happed and now I'm stuck with a $200 bill from enterprise that should have never been my responsibility in the first place. Had they fixed my car right the first time. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and I would never go back.
