The quote was about $300 cheaper that Safelite. I was able to get an appt within a couple of days. I arrived for my appt and was greeted warmly by Nate. He made me comfortable during my stay. The waiting area is very nice and conducive work plugging up my laptop at their workstation. I had about a 3 hour wait time, so this was very handy. Free wifi access with good stable internet. I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. He listened patiently and answered questions with care. He's the right person to have at the front desk for sure. He talked to me about my window repair and assured me that they service Tesla's frequently, which gave me instant confidence. I'd highly recommend this location. You'll be in good hands. Of course, he had no idea why I wanted the manager. Brent, the manager comes out and he sits down to talk with me like we're two friends in a coffee shop. He further solidified my experience there as he was also very personable. He already has an appreciation for Nate and that was very evident in our discussion. My car is finished about 45 minutes ahead of schedule, which is also great!!! As I'm paying to leave, the owner comes out, who is also very nice (it must fun be a common thread at that place). I also tell him about how great my experience was. I can't say enough about this place. My car looks good as new and I'm very pleased. Did I mention they were cheaper than competitors??? He made sure I knew how they would care for my car and responded quickly to fit me in for an appointment that next day. When I arrived I came in the wrong door but they kindly walked me to the lobby and moved my car for me anyway. My two children came with me. They accommodated us with water and coffee. The kids played with the games in the lobby while Auto Glass updated me as we waited. It was such a good interruption from the stress of their grandma being sick. It has been 2 weeks now and my glass looks great. No leaks. I'm so glad I found Auto Glass!! I will easily always make the drive out to them and will pass on their name to everyone I know!! Absolutely worst customer service I've seen for any business…read more May 26th 2026- My install was very quick and fixed my leaking windshield problem. Too easy right? After my appointment they inform me that when they tried to take my antenna off, it snapped and broke. Not sure how that happens... they also informed me they broke a piece of my rear view mirror. Both parts were ordered and I had no problem waiting a COUPLE DAYS. Fast forward June 11th 2026; they tell me the rear view mirror part arrived and was ready for install. However, the antenna was going to be arriving a couple weeks later due to "back order delay" -per manager. I arrive at my appointment, technician goes in my truck, and says it's all good to go. I'm driving home and realize the piece he installed is just hanging from the rear view mirror and wasn't actually installed correctly. I get home and get a closer look and he broke it while trying to install it and didn't say anything. I couldn't go back due to them closing for the day. Fast forward JULY 21st 2026; I have now called them 14 times with no answer. I have called their customer service number in which they tell me they will send a manager my info. I've called that number again 2 weeks later and all they say is the same thing. They even sent an email to the REGIONAL MANAGER with my info. No call, no text, and no email. So not only am I out an antenna and rear view mirror mounting bracket backplate, but I've wasted hours trying to contact them. I've wasted time out of my day to go there and get what they did fixed and that doesn't even happen. 56 days. Safelite repair, Safelite not replace.

After the initial installation, I noticed the windshield wasn't sitting quite right. I reached out to the shop and had several conversations about it before the owner personally got involved. Once he inspected everything, he determined that the aftermarket windshield itself was defective and replaced it under warranty without giving me a hard time. What really stood out to me was that they didn't stop there. Since my original windshield had already been tinted, they're also covering the cost of having the replacement windshield retinted after the proper curing period. They didn't have to leave me figuring that part out on my own, and I really appreciated that. The owner was respectful, knowledgeable, and handled the situation professionally. You can tell he takes pride in his business and wants customers to leave satisfied. While I wish the issue hadn't happened in the first place, defects in aftermarket parts can occur. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Mobile Pro stood behind their work and made it right. I have no problem recommending them and would use them again.

If you have a BMW this place will cause you more grief and charge you for it…read more 1. The metal molding on my X3 flew off not two miles from my house because it was not replaced correctly. 2. It rained two days later, found out that the windshield wiper arm elements were not replaced so my wipers did not work. I found them in the engine bay a few weeks later. 3. They can't deal brittle parts and cracked up my windshield cowl during their replacement. The installation was on 7/6, it is now 7/30 and I am still going back and forth on the phone with them trying to get a resolution. They said they would order the necessary molding replacement, after calling a week later they had not done anything of the sort. No one at the shop location is picking up the phone this week. I even went as far as sending their CEO an email on July 10th about this issue. I have not yet received a response from corporate or Renee Cacchillo. I ended up fixing my own wipers after finding the lost element parts in my engine bay. Don't waste your good time and money on this place. It is not worth the headache.
